Elegant 2BR | Pool, Lake Views | Remodeled June 24

Thank you for choosing to stay at our VRBO condo and for taking the time to share your feedback. We're glad to hear that you enjoyed the complex and the surrounding area, as well as the cleanliness and quietness of the condo. Your recommendation means a lot to us. We apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with the kitchen not being well-stocked, and for the absence of plastic glasses to take to the pool. We'll definitely take this feedback into account and work on improving the amenities provided for our future guests. Regarding the lack of coffee or tea provided, we understand how important it is to have these essentials available, and we will make sure to include them in our future rentals. We understand your concerns about the check-in process, and we apologize for any discomfort caused. Our policy of sharing check-in information on the arrival day is in place to ensure that the property is cleaned and ready for your stay. We've had a past incident where early access led to an incomplete cleaning, and we implemented this policy to avoid such occurrences in the future. However, we'll take your feedback into consideration and see if there are any alternative solutions to improve this process. We have since introduced a new system for ID verification to ensure a smoother and more secure experience for our guests. You will no longer be required to text your ID; we've streamlined the process to avoid any discomfort.
