We had a great stay! The host was great at communication, very comfy mattresses, very quiet neighborhood and all around great space for 3 families to be together and yet spread out as needed.

This is an absolute wonderful home. My friends and I enjoyed our time here as the house was very clean, spacious, and had great amenities. The host was very communicative and nice. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again when I come back to town.

It was a nice home. Check in was easy. Had some issues with the pool, but we resolved them ourselves. Could not use the BBQ, no propane. Had some other issues, which I hope they resolve. We had a good time but this house needs a little attention. Management for this property is pretty attentive but they need to do a site check to make sure the house is fully prepared for paying guests. Will go back but changes need to be made. Overall, a nice property that could be great.

It took a bit of time to get answers from the host and we couldn't use the pool but overall we had a good time. Would still recommend the place.Just be careful as the lights are wired quite oddly in the living room.

Excellent place

This home was beautiful and exactly what we needed. It was very spacious and the pool was great. The location was perfect and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. We had one small problem and Brad was very quick to fix it.

The house was very clean, beds comfortable. I the two instances that I reached out with questions during my stay, the host was immediately responding. We did not explore much because we were visiting family, but the neighborhood was quiet.

Place was nice, beds were comfortable. I have never had to sign so many forms and agree to so many conditions on any VRBO in the past. Definitely overkill on the paperwork.

Location is terrific. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen and bath basics were provided. Towels were good quality but very few face cloths. Appliances good quality. The house was clean but pans and glassware were not all clean. There were no sauce pans. Would have been helpful to have some instructions for things like ceiling fans, outside kitchen, shower). Only one hair dryer provided. Could use more glassware particularly if house will be full. Overall we enjoyed our time at the home but it could use some attention to linens and cook ware.

Prepare to be disappointed

Property was advertised with hot tub and fully stocked kitchen. Neither were true. When we questioned the property manager about the hot tub, they stated it was "broken beyond repair and removed from the listing"...He removed it from the listing while we were on site and talking to him about it. We had to buy coffee mugs, and there wasn't a bowl large enough to make a salad. The bbq was filthy and there weren't any bbq utensils. The sidewalk around the pool was broken, causing a fall hazard. It rained while we were there and we found bare wires sitting in standing water due to poor drainage. The lights are cross wired, so if you turned on a light in the living room, it turned off a light in the bedroom. One light we couldn't even turn off. Things were broken and left as is and we found cockroaches in the master bathroom. When issues were brought to the managements attention, we were either ignored or gaslit. The property has the potential to be really awesome. It needs better management.
