My family and I had a wonderful time staying here! The access to the slopes was fantastic--the ability to ski in/ski out was a huge perk, particularly given not everyone in our party was able to ski, so we wanted quick access to be able to hop out for a couple hours and make the most of it. The home was impeccably clean and very well laid-out for our family, including the centrality of the kitchen and family/living room area. And the host was so kind, incredibly responsive to messages, and made our check-in truly seamless. We would absolutely recommend staying here when visiting Mont Tremblant!

Beautiful house, very clean and well-stocked kitchen, great location short walk to village!One star removed because there is no air conditioning in the bedrooms. We had very hot weather (90 degrees plus). There is a split unit AC in the living room but the bedrooms, especially the master upstairs, were very hot. Ceiling fans or standing fans would have helped but the hoise did not have any.

Insatisfaction concernant notre séjourBonjour,Je souhaite vous faire part de ma grande déception concernant notre séjour.À notre arrivée, nous avons constaté plusieurs problèmes :• Les planchers étaient très sales et une forte odeur de cigarette persistait.• Il manquait plusieurs articles essentiels : débarbouillettes, linges à vaisselle, linge de table, sacs à ordures et mouchoirs.• Le chauffage était réglé à 27 dans certaines pièces, ce qui était excessif et inconfortable.• Nous n’avions que deux sacs à poubelles pour un séjour de quatre jours, nous obligeant à vider les poubelles à l’extérieur en réutilisant les mêmes sacs.• La salle à manger ne disposait que de six places assises; nous avons dû entrer la table et les chaises de la terrasse extérieure pour être en mesure de manger tous ensemble.• Plusieurs portes grinçaient de façon dérangeante.De plus, j’avais payé pour une arrivée hâtive à midi, mais l’autorisation ne nous a été accordée qu’à 15 h, ce qui a ajouté à notre insatisfaction.En raison de l’ensemble de ces inconvénients, je ne souhaite pas renouveler l’expérience et je tenais à vous en informer.
