The mature garden is another real feature of this villa incorporating various indigenous trees and shrubs. Furthermore, there are well maintained communal areas, excellent estate security and equestrain facilities by private arrangement. The security estate is located 15km outside the village of Franschhoek in the heart of the Cape Winelands. Other famous wine estates within 10km radius of the villa is Boschendal, Babylonstoren, La Motte, and Tokara.
