Beautiful house near the center of Bertioga (less than 200m from the beach), close to markets, banks, bakery, handicraft fair and main restaurants and sights of the city. House sleeps up to 20 people (we have 10 beds and 10 extra beds). large, airy house with barbecue area. Great to gather family and friends! Due to large outdoor area holds large animals. The main house has 3 bedrooms with air conditioning (2 doubles and 2 singles), 2 bathrooms and 1 half bath, dining room, kitchen, living room divided into 2 rooms with air conditioning and a balcony. 'Cottage with 1 bedroom with 4 beds (2 bunk beds) with fan, 1 bathroom and laundry. the equipped barbecue area, has stove, refrigerator, 2 tables picnic and sound system style. outdoor area with non-slip pool floor plus an outdoor shower. Garage for 4 cars. We have Wifi, sun loungers, beach chairs and parasol.

Eu e minha família ficamos uma semana hospedados e amamos a casa. A Vanessa, seu irmão e sua mãe são muito receptivos, super simpáticos!! Nossa dica pra ficar melhor ainda é o ar condicionado na edícula, no mais a casa é muito bem equipada!! Obrigada Vanessa, que possamos voltar mais vezes!!

Ótima casa
Passamos ótimos dias na casa, lugar muito tranquilo e vizinhos receptivos, praia limpa e seguro. Fomos bem recebidos pela proprietária, rua muito calma, esse é o segundo ano que alugamos e ficamos extremamente satisfeitos.

Casa extremamente limpa, ampla e perto da praia! :)
Passamos 5 dias em janeiro de férias com a família e adoramos nossa estadia. A casa tem ar condicionado na sala e em todos os quartos, alarme para melhorar a segurança, fica perto de restaurantes, padaria e mercado e 1 quarteirão da praia.
Os utensílios da cozinha são limpíssimos, assim como a casa no geral.
Recomendo e com certeza voltaremos!

Confortável, aconchegante, com um excelente espaço, e acima de tudo uma recepção Cortez e Atenciosa.
Nossa estadia foi muito agradável (apesar de rápida). Muito fácil de chegar, próximo à praia, padaria, restaurantes... realmente muito bom !!
Fomos muito bem recebidos, e a simpatia e presteza da proprietária, realmente fizeram toda a diferença na permanência no local!!!
