Welcome to this rare oceanfront apartment in Joá/Sao Conrado ,(the Beverly Hills of Rio.)
This superb space is inside a one hectare gated estate, (Estate was built in the 20's and is original with some remodeling) Many forest pathways to the huge pool over looking the ocean.
It is ideal for athletic types that do not mind numerous stairs. All size pets welcome.
It offers a cozy living room with a sofa bed and a full bed, Feel at home in this lush ocean/forest retreat, Bike or Jog to world famous Sao Conrado, Barra or Ipanema.
Minimum 2 month's rental then month to month tenancy.($995.per month) Feel free to reach out to us during your stay - we're happy to suggest local spots to check out.
