-VERY IMPORTANT: Pool heating is available upon request for $25/night for the stay. Need 48 hour notice for this. Attached spa is NOT a jacuzzi. It does not have jets. It can only be heated if the entire pool is heated. They both will have the same temperature.
-Propane for the grill is available at a store walking distance away. Not included in the stay.
-The kitchen and bathrooms are stocked with essentials to get you started (perfect for when those flights arrive late in the evening!); plan to purchase additional items for the balance of your stay.
-We have a popcorn and candy cone machine for your enjoyment but don't provide the corn or the sugar to avoid contamination.
-2 Play pens and 1 high chair is available upon request for a charge of $10/day.

THIS HOUSE IS SELF-CATERING. Please stop by your nearest supermarket to purchase personal toiletries and desired meals.

HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee and depend on the availability of the cleaners.

TRASH DISPOSAL: Please observe trash collection days and place trash in the dumpster daily to keep a clean home. Please keep the dumpster outside the garage.
