We loved our time at Surrey Farms! It was our first time staying here and we would definitely come back. The house is gorgeous -- plenty of room for our two families (8 people total). And the setting is also gorgeous -- we loved that paddleboards were supplied by the host. Also, the kitchen is very well equipped and we appreciated the new beach chairs and beach towels.
Three generations of my family spent two wonderful weeks at this property, and it exceeded every expectation. The setting is even more impressive than the photos suggest. The grounds feel like a private nature preserve, complete with gardens, quiet sitting areas, and visits from small wildlife. A short walk down the hill leads to the pond, where a charming dock and boathouse await, along with plenty of water toys. Many days we happily chose the peaceful lake over the beach. The house itself is immaculate and beautifully designed for both relaxation and togetherness. The expansive great room, wrapped in windows on three sides, makes you feel surrounded by nature. On cool evenings, sliding doors invite in a refreshing breeze. Dinners on the porch overlooking the lake became a cherished ritual, often followed by evenings around the firepit just steps away. The spacious kitchen, fully stocked and open to the great room, made cooking a joy and ensured the chef was always part of the conversation. Bedrooms and bathrooms are comfortable, thoughtfully appointed, and provide plenty of space for everyone to unwind. The hosts were gracious, attentive, and quick to respond, which made our stay all the more enjoyable. This is a truly special property—one we’ll treasure in memory and hope to return to. You will love it!

About the host
Hosted by Alexis Lawler
Welcome! We hope you love Surrey Farms as much as we do! Originally from MA and FL, we’ve been fortunate enough to call the Cape our summer retreat since 1994. We’re passionate about the outdoors, spending our time gardening, biking, playing tennis and golf, and exploring the beautiful hiking trails. The beach is always a draw, but The Lake is what really stole the show for us! We have been hosting since 2020 and we love welcoming guests to experience the magic of Surrey Farms. We strive to create a welcoming environment for everyone!
