About this property

Our condo is bright and airy, beautifully appointed with contemporary furnishing and colorful Mexican textiles and decor. Stepout terrace offer ocean views and over looks Lazaro Cardenas park. Very good quality linens, pillows, towels etc.

The condo has a Master Bedroom with a King bed, A/C unite, ceiling fan and flat screen TV, en-suite bathroom. Second bedroom has a double bed with its own en-suite bathroom.

Kitchen is well equipped and features a spacious breakfast bar with seating for four guests. Living room area has individual A/C control, ceiling fan, flat screen TV, good Wifi and opens to a nice step out balcony with city/ocean views.

Our building The Park is centrally located in old Vallarta, also known as Zona Romantica or Los Muertos beach. Great area with great restaurants, bars, shops, art galleries, groceries and the beach just steps away. Building has one of the best rooftop pool decks in all of Puerto Vallarta with great views of the ocean, the mountains and downtown. Secured entrance to the building 24/7.

Location greats, its the little things

Pros - Located in a great area with restaurants, bars, art galleries and entertainment. Zona Romantica is the best. The pool and deck on the roof is great, lots of space, covered areas for shade, ice maker and frig for your beverages. The unit is clean, modern with adequate utensils for cooking. The 2nd bedroom is tiny, more for a child or single adults, to small for two adults. The guys at the front desk are awesome, they were the most helpful during our visit. Cons - The WI-FI is at the best very weak to non-existent. Don’t try to “work from home” in this unit. The TV only allows you to use your streaming accounts, the cable doesn’t work. So if you like Mexican soccer or any TV at all, you’re out of luck. We were promised maid service once that week, no one ever showed up.

Loved it!

Condo was awesome. Good view of the ocean from the balcony. Spacious, open floor plan. Entire staff was friendly and helpful. Grocery store on the first floor had everything and made it so convenient to get anything we wanted. Gym was well equipped. Beautiful rooftop pool. Definitely would stay again. Thank you!

Stay was good

The second bedroom is tiny, with very little space and no clothes hanging facilities. But beside that, the apartment was clean, staff and pool very good . I would recommend it.

Great location, very responsive and friendly owners

The location is perfect for those wanting to spend time in the Zona Romantica. The building is secure, clean and quiet (when the balcony door is closed, you are in the heart of downtown after all). We had a few minor issues while we were there and the owners were very responsive and quick to take care of them. The lighting throughout was very dim and we had difficulty seeing anything in the bedrooms. Although there were 4 barstools at the kitchen island they were unusable as there was no room for your knees so the only seating in the living area was the couch and chair. A hightop table for the barstools would have been great.
