The sunny, private and serene atmosphere of this lakefront property will make you feel right at home. The community includes a clubhouse with many activities, 2 heated pools and a Pickleball/Tennis court as well as top ten beaches close by as well as the Delnor Wiggins State Park, and many restaurants and shops nearby. The property is ideal located between Hwy 41 (Tamiami Trail) and the Ocean, just off Wiggins Pass Rd.

Relaxing getaway

This is a beautiful condo. It has a stunning view of the large pond from the lanai. We enjoyed breakfast out there every morning. It is a quiet neighborhood. There are 2 pools and activities if you’re so inclined. The owner had everything all set for our arrival. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it.

My wife and I acquired this property in 2008 and rented it out until our retirement in 2015. As our family grew and our needs changed we moved to a house on a golf course and decided to rent out the condo.

Why they chose this property

Wiggins Lakes and Preserves is ideally located, close to beaches, shops and restaurants. It is a private enclave located in a preserve area.

What makes this property unique

The condo is in the best location in the project, offering tremendous privacy to its occupants as the lanai does not face another lanaie, is a lakefront property with fountain, is the away from other units and the lanai faces west, providing afternoon sun on the lanai and making the interior bright.

The condo is fully renovated with a gourmet kitchen that includes a coffee station and large pantries. The ensuite shower and guest bathrooms were also renovated a few years ago. The unit has bamboo and ceramic tile flooring making it easy to maintain. Finally the lanai doors on two sides are composed of four doors each with slide on their own track so that they stack when open providing the most air possible, when closed the lanai remains usable and comfortable in the rare occasions of inclement weather. The lanai also includes shades that limit sun exposure as needed. This unit is the only one so equipped.
