Located on 40 acres of peaceful land that was once a golf course, this luxury modern getaway offers the best of both worlds—just a short drive from downtown attractions like the River Walk, Alamo, and SeaWorld, but far enough from city.
Our spacious, modern retreat is ideal for families, couples, or contractors in the area, it’s perfect for those who want to relax and reconnect with nature.
We kindly ask all guests to be mindful of noise out of respect for the neighbors. Parties are not allowed. If you need space for a gathering, the wedding venue in front of the property is available—just inquire about event rates.

Please note: the venue is private property and not accessible to guests unless arranged. Additionally, do not walk around other properties on the estate. For safety, do not leave minors unattended near the ponds or pool, and avoid parking on grass.

Business Trip

Very good stay, good amenities (grill, tv, washer/ dryer, too cold to use the pool but seemed nice). Ease of communication with owner was great. I would say the light on end overlooking deck should be changed to be able to turn on & off as it lit up end bedroom at night.
