Perfect for our little family!

This house was perfect for our short vacation! The kitchen was nicely stocked with what we needed to cook, the living room was a good size room so we were not sitting on top of each other, bedrooms were great for us and our daughter, and the location was perfect proximity to all the activities we had planned. If we are ever back to Pigeon Forge, we will definitely be booking again.

Excellent rental

The house was immaculate. It was by far the cleanest place we have stayed. The location was very convenient. We would definitely rent here again. We visited on our anniversary weekend, and there was a bottle of wine awaiting us. Very impressed!

When our family wants to escape for a weekend retreat, we love to visit the area because it's fun for the whole family. It's also a great place to go to just relax and unwind and enjoy Mother Nature.

Why they chose this property

We couldn't resist purchasing this home and making it a cozy retreat. With family in the area, Savannah's Riverside is maintained by people who love it as much as we do.

What makes this property unique

The Little Pigeon River runs right behind the house. At this particular location, the river also narrows a bit which creates a wonderful, relaxing sound that can be enjoyed while sitting on the deck and inside.
