It was spacious, comfortable, quiet, and the location was excellent. It does have a hot tub and fireplace. Sitting on the back deck looking at the stream and the trees was my favorite thing to do. I would highly recommend this cottage. You want regret it.

Very convenient location to many activities! Love the branch of the Little Pigeon River that runs along behind the house and the swings to enjoy the birds and nature views!Nice areas to walk, including a paved walkway around neighborhood . House has very functional layout, and kitchen. Nice big TV’s in LR and both BR’s. Deck on back overlooks river. Lots of parking, especially nice if you’re pulling a motorcycle! We have visited “Anglers Inn” multiple times and have always enjoyed our stay!

Overall the home was great. Amazing location right on the river. Very close to everything pigeon forge has to offer. Host was very responsive to any questions/concerns we had. Only thing to be aware of is that hot tub and fire place are not available in the summertime. Would have been nice to know that going in as the hot tub was a big selling point after long days at the ball field.

Family trip

We had alittle communication snafu when we got to the cabin, but all worked out. The cabin was decorated with fishing decor. The cabin was clean, however the hot tub and back porch was dirty. The view from the back porch was awesome. The creek backed up to the cabin and we were able to see geese every morning.

Convenient, Comfortable and Clean

We enjoyed our stay here. We particularly liked the king sized beds, large TVs, and easy to use thermostat. We have stayed in the area before so we knew we could expect the quiet neighborhood, with river and walking trail access, while only being minutes from the parkway.

Wonderful trip

We brought our trikes down with friends to ride for our trip. The home is beautiful, convenient to the parkway, very clean, but quiet and serene with the river running behind it. Will definitely stay there again. Wonderful vacation. Only wish the checkout was 11am.

Great vacation

This home was perfect! Very clean and had everything we needed. The location was perfect and close to everything. My son enjoyed fishing and my daughter made friends with the ducks a geese that visited every day. Owners were great to deal with. We will definitely be back !

Excellent location

My husband and I stayed for a week here. The location was excellent. Minutes from parkway yet very quiet laid back neighborhood with the calming sounds of the river. The house was clean and perfectly stocked for those planning on cooking meals. Beds extremely comfortable, other furniture was comfortable as well. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent property

It is a great property in a quiet neighborhood, but still close to everything. It is well furnished with everything you need. The river is right off the back of the lot. Various birds and turtles are easily visible.

Perfect Pigeon Forge property

Everything about the listing is spot on. Communication with the owner was seemless. The property is very close to town and the back balcony offers a great view of the river and a few Canadian geese. It was a great time.

Great Stay!

We loved this property! Clean, well equipped, quiet, and perfect location. Rick was wonderful to communicate with. The only disappointment, the hot tub is not on in the summer. We do a lot of hiking, it would have been nice to soothe sore muscles. We would definitely rent this property again.

2014 Spring Break

A great house and close to everything. I did fail to notice than you can’t use the hot tub and fireplace after April 1st, and it would have been nice when it turned back cold. But would come back again!!

Great location!

Within a few minutes of everything! We visited for my son's baseball tournament at Cal Ripken. The creek behind the house was so nice for our visit in June. The home is cozy, and clean. Our host was very responsive and was even able to accommodate us with a late check out. My son ended up winning their championship game so the late check out was very much appreciated!

Perfect getaway on the river

You are 5 min away from all Pigeon Forge has to offer, but you wouldn’t even know it! This house is in a quiet little neighborhood on the river, the kids loved floating and fishing. The house is nice, and has the necessities for cooking dinner. A few issues while we were there but the owner did his best to correct them and gets back to you very quickly.

Great house!

Loved this location, peaceful and beautiful view, yet just off the main strip. The porch overlooking the river was great. Loved the swing under the house. The owner was quick to respond and readily available. Inside, there was a printout of helpful information pertaining to the house (how to work tv, Alexa I go, etc)— this was great! We knew how to work things and didn’t have to spend lots of time figuring it out ourselves.
