Please be advised that Tidewater Condominium is scheduled to undergo an exterior building renovation project from September 16, 2026 through February 5, 2027. This is a condominium-association project and is not being performed or controlled by the individual unit owner.

Construction: During the renovation period, guests should anticipate construction-related activity during designated daytime work hours. This may include noise, drilling, vibration, workers, equipment, dust, and temporary obstructions in or around portions of the property.

Work on the north-facing balconies (parking-lot side) is currently scheduled for October 19- November 20, 2026. Contractors are expected to perform this work from the exterior of the building, and access through this vacation rental is not anticipated during this phase.

Pool Closure: The community pool is currently scheduled to be CLOSED during the following periods:

    ●    October 19–November 20, 2026
    ●    January 4–February 5, 2027

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material schedule changes that are provided to us.

We appreciate your understanding while Tidewater completes these property improvements.

Tidewater 607 was everything we expected and more, clean and well stocked with essentials needed to enjoy the stay. Beautiful view of the gulf, easy access to all the fun things in Orange Beach and surrounding area. Wonderful and responsive Host and team. Would definitely return again.

Everything was amazing. I did give 4 stars on cleanliness just due to the previous tenants leaving behind dirty laundry under the bed and the floors felt like they hadn’t been swept.

Dirty upon arrival. Dried food on utensils, way too much sand everywhere, food on the floor, etc. No storage for clothes anywhere. Automated responses from mgt that get nowhere. Overall not the best experience at all. Oh and the sliding glass door is jacked up so kids get locked out. And the Landry doors were off so dust from laundry room gets all over kitchen.

Last minute, budget friendly

The condo was great with a beautiful view! Also, very affordable, which my husband appreciated The only, very small, complaint would be that the shower liner needs to be cleaned/replaced because it had mold. That’s an easy fix, though! Other than that, this unit was immaculate! Communication was great and very prompt with the host! Outside pool area was great as well, but the indoor pool area seemed it could use a little more attention, the hot tub was so dirty that even children wouldn’t get in it. There was a group of college boys that were so disruptive that MANY complaints were being made by guests, but the security guard handled the situation promptly and professionally. We never heard anything else out of the boys! Security was very attentive to the property and guests! Definitely a good, small, family friendly complex, that I would recommend!

The condo was clean it was perfect for what we needed the view of the ocean was excellent the distance from the condo to the beach was terrific overall we had a wonderful time we would come back again
