The Space:
This 4 bedroom, 3 bath property checks all the boxes: Walking distance or a golf cart ride to the beach, shopping & dining, pool for outdoor living, and massive rooftop deck with panoramic views for miles! The interior features high ceilings & lots of natural light. Open concept living, dining & island kitchen welcome you on the main level with the primary King bedroom and main shared bathroom.

Upstairs is a 2nd living area, 3 additional bedrooms with 2 Kings and 2 Twins & 2 baths including the primary King bedroom with ensuite.

There is an onsite community pool available if you'd like to take a swim. Exterior stairs lead to the huge roof-top deck with 360 degree views of downtown, ideal for entertaining!

Guest Access:
We offer convenient keyless door codes for self-check-in. Starkey Properties by Portoro uses smart locks with check-in details provided 48 hours prior to arrival by email and text message.

• Early check-ins or late check-outs: If the property happens to be ready earlier than the standard 4 pm check-in time on the day of your arrival, in most cases an early arrival option may be available when confirmed with the main office. Late check-outs must be confirmed with main office staff prior to the date of departure.

City of Port Aransas - Beach Parking Permit Information:
To park along the beaches in the City of Port Aransas, a $12.00 permit is required. This applies to the area from Marker (0) to Marker (62). Beach parking stickers can be purchased at City Hall, the Chamber of Commerce, local grocery and convenience stores, as well as various vendors and businesses in town and on the beach. Free parking areas are available between the Jetties and Horace Caldwell Pier, as well as between Markers 52-58.
