Renters Must Be 25 years of age or older to rent. Sea You Soon, a newly built home in The Villas at Bolivar has 2 bedrooms, each with attached full bathrooms with tub/shower combo and can comfortably sleep 9 guests. Bedroom 1 has a king bed, and bedroom 2 has a full/full bunkbed with a single trundle bed. There is also a queen sofa bed in the main living area. This home is also pet-friendly. The $200 non-refundable pet fee is charged separately from the rental fee. The open kitchen/living room concept makes for easy entertaining and visiting with your guests. The kitchen has all the necessities needed to make meal prepping easy. This home is internet accessible to keep you connected. You can stream your favorite TV shows and movies on the Smart TVs in the living room and all bedrooms. Just enter the Password and Username located in the home. The children (and adults) will enjoy playing games on the Nintendo gaming system. There are also other types of games for family indoor fun! If you are up to trying Pickleball, the owner has equipment for your convenience to play on the new court in the Community. Outside, you will be enchanted by the glorious sunrise and sunset views while sitting on the deck. Downstairs, the charcoal pit that will make the "Grill Master" in the family happy to fire up and grill something tasty for the family. The Villas at Bolivar are located near the Crystal Beach 9-hole Golf Course and the very popular Camp Margaritaville Resort. When the sand and waves call your name, you can only access the beach by driving to Alma Road on the East of the Villas or Honeysuckle to the West of the Villas down Hwy. 87. Sea You Soon will be a perfect getaway for you and your family year-round.
Even when provided, internet access TV/cell service can be unreliable on the Bolivar Peninsula. We are a rural community. We apologize, but Bolivar Escapes Cannot Guarantee that these amenities will be working during your stay, and Cannot Offer Refunds for disruption of these services. This home might have an outdoor camera(s) to monitor the exterior of the home. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting or obscuring the camera(s) is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund of outstanding nights’ rents. If a home has a lift or elevator, it is not for renter use unless otherwise stated in comments or with permission from Bolivar Escapes.
We provide linens and bath towels in every house and standard beds are made for your arrival. Paper products and cleaning supplies are not included.
There is a starter pack consisting of the items below, please bring anything else you will need:

1 small dish soap
1 dish sponge
2 rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom

There will also be a bath towel set for each guest
