Kitchen has granite countertops with everything you will need for your stay. The property has two beautiful pools and spas, a 15 person theater, and a fitness center overlooking the pool. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and manicured. With mature palm trees and wonderful flowers.

My wife and I are from the Chicago area. We absolutely love Scottsdale. We purchased this unit in June 2012. We furnished it with comfort in mind, so it can be an enjoyable experience for all of our guests and for us. We updated it in 2018- carpet, floors, lighting, fixtures, paint....very homey.
Why they chose this property
This condo is in a wonderful area with so many activities available within walking distance. Situated just one mile from Old town Scottsdale and two miles from the world class Fashion Square Mall. Less than 2 hours from Sedona and Jerome, AZ. A four hour drive to the Grand Canyon.
What makes this property unique
It is in a wonderful complex with easy access from the Sky Harbor airport and all freeways.
The work out facility is completely equipped with weight machines, free weights, treadmills, eliptical machines and a yoga room. The 2 pools are very large and have comfortable padded lounge chairs..
