Very convenient location for the Southtowns and Buffalo. The owner checked to see if we needed anything. I am familiar with Orchard Park so I found it easy to get around.

Great house, great location and the host of this property couldn't be better, we were arriving very late to this location because of our flight and the host left lights on for us and even had snacks available to us, great host great place absolutely perfect when attending a bills game
