Our stay at Honu Kia owas amazing. Erika was so helpful and the place was so clean and nice. If we go back to Oahu we would definitely be staying there again. There was everything you could possibly need right in the rental from cooking utensils to beach stuff. Great place!!

We had a wonderful time at the Ko Olina Beach Villas and this condo in particular. It had amazing views from the lanai, more amenities than you would ever need, it was in immaculate condition, and the resort itself was great with a couple nice pools, a bar, and the beach. The weather even cooperated. Everything you need for a great vacation.

Ko Olina Getaway

We stayed at this villa for one week with adult kids and it was just as advertised. Great view, lovely large condo and very responsive owner. Check in was seamless, assigned parking stall came in very handy, and the unit was nicely appointed with everything you need for a beach vacation, highly recommend this unit,

This is a great location for a family trip. Ko Olina is isolated enough to be relaxing, but is close enough to the rest of Oahu to allow sightseeing or beaching. The condo is comfortably furnished and very well appointed. You are steps away from the lagoon for swimming and sunning as well as two pools. The complex has a very good weight and cardio room. The kitchen has everything you need to cook anything you can think of. There's a good view of the beach from the lanai. There are lots of restaurants in the resort area as well as a Costco and grocery and lots of other local eateries a short drive away. The hosts are very responsive and easy to deal with.

We fell in love with the beach Villas

This was our first time staying in Ko Olina and we were afraid we would be bored. Well, we never wanted to leave! So restful and convenient. The complex is lovely and so well maintained. The unit was so comfortable with everything you could want. All of it very high quality. We loved swimming in the lagoon, watching the sunset from the lanai, talking long walks on the path, exploring. Terrific! We miss it.

Magnificent!

My family and I rented Erika’s Villa for our spring break week and loved it! We have been to Ko’Olina before and stayed in similar apartments but this one was immaculate with everything you need to make your vacation a memorable one. So many thoughtful touches from the toiletries to the pool toys made our trip even more relaxing. You can’t beat the location for the proximity to the pool, beach and great restaurants. Truly a gem! Erika is extremely responsive and hospitable. We would love to come back!

Incredible everything! This condo was, by far, our best experience with a vacation rental….ever! We use vacation rentals appx. 3 times per year and Erika, condo owner, didn’t miss a beat. Over-the-top amenities, response time, appliances, cleanliness, comfort, location, furnishings. All around care and aloha was felt in every detail!!

SPECTACULAR PRPTY MNGR - LOVELY VILLA MATCHING BIP SERVICE

This specific unit has incredible views of white water lagoon. My fav of this unit: all new EVERYTHING! New Luxe linens! Extremely comfortable “L” shaped couch. Comfy beds! Large new TV’s in all rooms.All possible new beach toys, new snorkel & fins, new cart for beach outings. Nicely appointed furnishings and dinnerware. The privacy of walking path, and lagoon is amazing!The real asset with this property is the property managers! Literally worked around the clock Christmas Eve for our last minute booking to arrive Christmas Day. Sherry and her husband Neal are EXTREMELY hardworking, professional, fastest response time (within minutes any time, any day). Sherry IS the Christmas miracle of 2024! We booked for one week …… and were able to extend for 33 days due to Sherry!I will return for sure to this property. Especially if Sherry and Neal are the property managers. They made that much of a difference in our experience. Full of ALOHA!!This trip was so important to my 88 yr old mom’s happiness - Sherry and Neal worked hard to create a completely seamless and trouble free month!! The welcome basket was over the top graciousness including wine, chips, chocolates goodies and more! We’ll be back for sure!!

This was, without question, one of the best VRBO experiences I've had. From the moment I arrived, I felt completely at home. The property was exceptionally comfortable, beautifully maintained, and stocked with all of the high-end amenities and thoughtful touches I rely on in my own home. What stood out most was the cleanliness. I have very high standards when it comes to cleanliness, and this property exceeded every expectation. Everything was spotless, well-organized, and clearly cared for with great attention to detail.The hosts were equally outstanding. They were incredibly responsive, accommodating, and patient with the many questions I had before and during my stay. Every interaction was helpful and welcoming, and they always made me feel valued as a guest and never like I was annoying with my numerous questions. I have never found a rental that combines luxury, comfort, unless it was three times the price of what we paid for this one. I genuinely felt as comfortable here as I do in my own home, which is the highest compliment I can give. I would not hesitate to stay here again and recommend it wholeheartedly to anyone considering the listing.

Amazing two week stay! Beautiful, clean, comfortable and brimming with well stocked and cared for amenities from top to bottom! The updated shower heads with hand held, the bedroom flooring, clean washer and dryer, Hex Clad cookware, sharp knives, fluffy towels, comfy beds, variety of pillow types…we could go on!! One of our celebrations for the trip was our daughter’s 21st birthday and the hosts had some fun treats including 21 birthday candles and a fun fruity drink! We have stayed in numerous units at the Beach Villas and as a family have agreed this is by far and away our favorite and will definitely return.

Couldn’t imagine a better stay than this. The place is in a beautiful location with a view of the ocean. The villa was clean, extremely well apportioned, there is a parking spot, and the communication was phenomenal. We are a family of 4, and our kids loved the pool and having their own bedroom and bathroom. Everything was truly perfect.
