This property is perfect for a family getaway, especially with kid or multiple families. We were there visiting our brother's family and 6 kids, mother in law and extended family. Plenty of plates, flatware, etc to accommodate our large meals. The communication with owner was excellent. The view and the property was perfect.

Spring break vaca 2025

The property matched the listing pictures. Lots of seating provided on lower annd upper patio. All items and applications were high quality. House came with everything needed for a good vacation. Came with kayaks, life jackets, plenty of beach towels and many throws for lounging. Kitchen was stocked with cooking pans and including coffee, paper ware and much more.

Beautiful property that lives up to the pictures. The house has everything you need for a relaxing stay. Fishing from the dock was a blast and the community has several other locations to wet a hook. Really loved the privacy and quietness. My son could fish his heart out while we soaked just feet away in pool. Town has a lot of little boutiques for the shoppers in your group. HEB and WalMart 5 minutes away and som good local restaurants (Pier 77 especially). Go ahead and spend the extra money for this rental. You won’t regret it.

Beautifully designed home on the water

This home is beautifully designed with high end decor and amenities! The pool, hot tub, outdoor living spaces and deck for fishing and water sports was perfectly designed and we spent most of our time out there. The kitchen and large family table was great for gathering and eating together. Lots of laughs shared. Each room and bed were beautiful and comfortable and had everything you needed. We used the grill and kitchen and everything worked great! We will be booking again I am sure. The Hosts were fan tasting and communicated quickly and willing to give ideas for the areas. We also enjoyed the market on Sat in Rock Port! Lovely stay for all ages! Thank you!
