This beautifully updated oceanfront condo comfortably sleeps up to 5 guests and offers easy access along with a relaxing coastal atmosphere. Enter through the ground-level lobby and take the elevator to the first-floor condo, or use the exterior stairs located opposite the lobby entrance near the pool. One assigned parking space is provided for the unit. Larger vehicles may find the free street parking beside the building more comfortable.

As you step inside, you’ll immediately love the beach-inspired décor and welcoming coastal vibe. This one-bedroom condo features a comfortable king bed in the bedroom. The living area offers additional sleeping space with two sofa beds — a queen pullout sofa and a twin sleeper chair. Bed linens are provided for each bed, and memory foam mattresses help enhance comfort throughout your stay.

The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for a convenient and enjoyable vacation. Step out onto the private oceanfront balcony to take in peaceful views and refreshing ocean breezes.

The beach is just a short walk down the private access path located between 68th & 69th Streets. Guests also have access to the outdoor pool, rinse area, and convenient beach access points located on both sides of the building.


Guests will enjoy convenient contactless check-in. One week prior to arrival, guests will receive detailed check-in instructions with information on how to access the property.

Located in the desirable midtown area of Ocean City, the 68th Street neighborhood offers the perfect balance of relaxation and convenience. The condo was in a great location. It's a short walk to the beach and the pool is nice to have available. The accommodations were very nice. The place was clean and everything worked as it should.

We enjoyed our stay but it was overpriced. The air conditioning was 2 units that ran constantly and the bedroom unit was very loud. Parking was way too tight. We couldn't park without exiting the vehicle first so we felt we had to park on the street which is difficult to get. The cars in the space next to us were parking too close to the line for us to comfortably use our space. It wasn't their fault, parking was too tight for a larger vehicle.

Our rates are carefully set in line with other one-bedroom condos in the area and reflect the location, amenities, and seasonal market. We understand that each guest has their own perspective on value. Regarding the parking, the assigned spaces are provided by the condominium association, and unfortunately we cannot control how guests in neighboring units park. We do note in our listing that the parking spaces can be tight for larger vehicles and provide information about alternative parking options, including nearby street parking, to help guests plan accordingly.
