Our family celebrated an 80th birthday at the Boatyard. It was perfect for a family gathering, lovely setting, beautiful views, excellent kitchen , comfortable and cozy. Terrific place to take walks too and enjoy the pastoral setting. Highly recommend it.

The house was amazing. Surrounded by beautiful open land and right on the ocean with access to its own beach. It was very clean and is great for large groups of people. There's a large screened in porch with a large table which allowed our group to eat together while enjoying the view. Communication with Phin was seamless. He always responded in a timely fashion. I highly recommend this house. You won't be disappointed.
