With 4 queen beds and 4 twin beds, this amazing property offers plenty of space for guests with open floor plan and a gorgeous, private outdoor space. Enjoy the convenience of WiFi, first floor washing machine and dryer, heating, central AC, and more. Relax inside by the gas fireplace, outside on the covered deck or around our gas fire table. Entertain your family on the outdoor patio playing corn hole, using the gas grill and large stone prep space complete with outlet for your coffee maker or blender! Our 3 bathrooms are equipped with a hair dryer, shower, and one with jetted bathtub. Plus, there's an additional office space with a sofa bed for extra comfort. We have plenty of beach chairs, a beach wagon, and 2 beach umbrellas to use at our private beach.
Rental includes use of a Crowell Beach which is a short walk at the end of our street or use the parking permit which allows you park at Crowell beach if you have little ones or maybe a big cooler!
Our spacious, private yard is a pleasure for hanging out barbecuing, tossing the frisbee around, playing soccer, cornhole or wiffle ball. It is flat, fenced on three sides, grassy and on a quiet street. We have a lovely built in stone patio, complete with outdoor dining set, chairs and umbrella. Additionally you may enjoy sitting under the ceiling fan on our large porch or using the fire pit.
Once you venture into town, you'll find that in a few short minutes you can be sitting on the beach, shopping on Main Street Hyannis or over in Yarmouthport, eating fresh seafood at the waterfront, hopping on a ferry to Nantucket or shopping at the Hyannis Mall. Just a couple streets away you can go for homemade ice cream, play mini-golf, play actual golf at one of the many local public courses! On a rainy day the kids might enjoy seeing the Cape Cod Potato Chip factory or going bowling and the adults may enjoy a tour of the Cape Cod Brewery. ** Drive out of town and there are literally dozens of gorgeous beaches, nature walks and ponds to explore. For a day trip we suggest heading out to the tip of the Cape to Provincetown and experiencing a whale watch and the Cape Cod National Seashore. Bring or rent bikes and enjoy the scenic Cape Cod rail trial while getting some exercise.
Numerous grocery stores (including Trader Joe's and Whole Foods), seafood markets, breakfast diners and other restaurants make it easy to dine in or eat out. We look forward to welcoming you to our place.
