Not included: meals, cable TV channels, in-unit washer/dryer, daily cleaning (available at extra cost with 24h notice). A baby crib can be added for free on request.
Energy note: stays of 7+ nights include 20 kWh of electricity per night; excess usage is billed at a small per-kWh rate. Please keep doors and windows closed while the A/C is running.
Guest Access:
Self check-in with a personal access code, so you can arrive at your convenience. The apartment is on the second floor and requires climbing stairs. The condominium has a security gate. One assigned parking space is available for the property (subject to availability). We do not have permanent staff on site but are always reachable by message.

The Cancun Hotel Zone is a vibrant tourist paradise known for white-sand beaches and turquoise waters, with luxury hotels, gourmet restaurants, lively bars and exclusive shops. It is famous for water activities, nightlife and easy access to Mayan archaeological sites. This apartment sits on the calmer lagoon side, where neighbors are quiet and value the tranquility of the condominium.
Getting Around:
Getting around is easy. Public buses run frequently along Kukulcan Avenue, the Hotel Zone's main boulevard, with the nearest stop just steps away. Cancun International Airport (CUN) is about a 20-minute drive. Taxis and ride-sharing are readily available, and the ADO bus station is accessible. If driving, the apartment has one assigned parking spot (subject to availability).
Other Things to Note:
Before your arrival, we will request a photo of a valid official ID for each guest staying, along with acceptance of the condominium regulations. This helps us comply with building rules and maintain a good relationship with neighbors.
- Do not leave trash outside the main doors (condominium fine of $500 MXN applies).
- Do not park in front of the property; it belongs to the marina (fine of $200 USD).
- There are currently remodeling works in a neighboring apartment, so there may be daytime noise.
- The condominium is fumigated periodically; due to the humid climate and vegetation, small insects such as ants may occasionally appear. Please do not leave open food outside the refrigerator.
- The condominium has visible security cameras only in common areas to reinforce security; none invade guest privacy.
- Your reservation includes a pre-arrival and post-departure cleaning, plus basic welcome amenities. Additional cleaning is available at extra cost.
- For proper A/C operation, please keep doors and windows closed while it is on and do not set it below 21C.
