Summary:

This comfortable 2 bedroom apartment has been totally remodeled in May 2024. It is strategically located in the hotel zone, in a closed street, on the lagoon side, which makes it quieter.



It has 2 bedrooms, each one offers privacy and comfort. The living room is spacious and the kitchen, large and fully equipped, will make you feel at home.



You can also enjoy relaxing moments on the balcony or by the condo's pool.

The apartment is located on the second floor and requires climbing stairs.

With normal and responsible use they should not exceed it (You can turn on the air conditioners when you are at home, if you go out turn them off and do not use them with doors and windows open)

The neighbors are quiet people and take great care of the tranquility of the condominium, so we ask you to follow the internal regulations.



Getting Around:

Getting around is easy! Public buses run frequently along the Hotel Zone's main boulevard, Kukulcán Avenue, offering a convenient and affordable way to explore. The nearest bus stop is just steps away from the property. Cancun International Airport (CUN) is approximately a 20-minute drive away. Taxis and ride-sharing services are readily available. If you are driving, the apartment has a parking spot assigned to the property*. The ADO bus station is also accessible.

Other Things to Note:

We remind you that leaving trash outside the main doors is not allowed. Otherwise, a fine of $500 pesos will apply. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping the place in order.



We ask that you do not park in front of the property, as it belongs to the marina. The fine is $200 USD.



⚠️ There are currently remodeling works in a neighboring apartment, so there may be noise during the day.



Before your arrival, we will request a photo of the identification of each of the guests who will be staying, as well as the signature of the condominium regulations. This helps us maintain a harmonious coexistence with the neighbors and comply with the building's rules.



The condominium receives periodic fumigations as a preventive measure. However, due to the city's humid climate and the local vegetation, small insects such as ants may occasionally appear. To help avoid this, we recommend not leaving open food outside the refrigerator.



Your reservation includes a cleaning before your arrival and another after your departure. Additionally, we provide basic welcome amenities, such as toilet paper, shampoo, soap, and other essentials. If you desire additional cleaning or replenishment of amenities during your stay, we can gladly assist you for an extra cost.



For the proper functioning of the air conditioning, we ask you to keep doors and windows closed while it is on and not to adjust the temperature below 21°C, as this could affect its operation during your stay.

Nice place

My partner and I stayed here for a week. The WiFi was good, the place was very clean, and the AC worked well. For staying this long, we could’ve used an extra trash bag and maybe an extra towel, but besides those very minor things, everything was great.

Contacted host multiple times because I could not enter the property. The lockbox did not work. I called and texted. Even reached out to VRBO so they could contact her but they didn’t receive a response either. So we took an Uber to Starbucks to cool off. VRBO asked if we could go back to the property and attempt again. Still no response from the host. We were able to finally get the lockbox open to go through 2 more sets of doors. The house was clean but The water was not hot in both showers. Nothing is in English. Woke up to go to the bathroom and toilet wouldn’t flush so had to do old school and get water from the sink and put in pan to flush toilet. Still no response from host until they sent a generic email about checkout. Not enough garbage cans in apartment. Host harassed me saying I didn’t pay and I contacted VRBO to let them know because I submitted payment when I booked. They were trying to get me to put my card information and pay again. I sent them the message stating I paid and they keep messaging me. Terrible.
