Our stay here was so comfortable. We felt right at home. From check in to check out everything thing was simple and easy. No need to bring anything other than food and drink because everything you need can be found inside the condo. We highly recommend a stay here.

Everything was great and went smooth! Getting to the beach was easy with the walkway and ramps. Same as the pool. Enough room for the kids to play in the 3 and 4 foot sections and us to go into the 6 foot area. Rooms were nice and plenty of drawers for our stuff. Beds were comfortable and had extra blankets around just in case.We brought some extra trashbags, laundry detergent, and other household items just in case. If you don't dirty alot or are staying for a few days, then you shouldn't need anything more! We've already discussed coming back here next year since the wife and kids liked it so much!

Thanks for a great condo experience! It is really nice that the pool requires a key to get in. We love to look for sharks teeth and went home with over 200! Great family trip! Thanks!

Just what we were looking for!

This property is nestled in a beautiful and tranquil area of North Topsail Beach! We had a lovely view of the ocean and could hear the waves crashing before we drifted off to sleep. The decor is perfectly modern, yet cozy and nautical. Our only biggest request, would be to update the bathrooms. All in all, this location and property was a perfect fit for us and we would definitely return!

The condo was exceptionally clean and even had somethings available so that we didn’t have to go out to buy. I only stayed for 2 nights. A spur of the moment get away that was much needed. The only complaint was one rude neighbor that you could tell didn’t like kids and we had our granddaughter. But that didn’t stop us from family time. The condo owner must have small kids or grandkids for which a small little chair was available and my granddaughter loved it. I do highly recommend.

Great location, view and comfort

This condo is in a hreat location for easy access in and out of area, viewing and going to beach. Very comfortable for up to 4 adults and clean. A bit dated, but didnt bother us at all. My two negatives are listing says kitchen supplies everything, but its very basic. I am used to rentals atleast having cooking spray. Also while it says pool is season, i suggest you list the months the pool is open. Disappointed that it was 80 degrees and pool not yet open.
