This house was awesome. I had a large group of my employees traveling with me for work and this place had enough room and was super fun to stay in to boot. Will most definitely look to rent again.

This is a great house for a large crowd! The game and theater rooms were awesome and there are lots of spaces to get away for a quiet moment. Everything was clean and there are lots of cooking equipment if you are eating in. We were there for the wineries which were just a 10-15 minute drive from the house. Highly recommend!

We had a very pleasant stay at this home for our large family weekend trip. The house was set up well for a bigger group, with plenty of space for everyone to gather comfortably. The yard was also very dog friendly, which we really appreciated. The property owner was excellent to work with and reached out multiple times during our stay to make sure everything was going well and that we had what we needed. The home has a lived-in, comfortable feel and worked very well for our group. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others looking for a family-friendly place to stay.

We had 11 family members staying at the house for a family wedding. They ranged in age from 8 to 86. Everyone had plenty of space to spread out. The game room and theater were a huge hit. The bedrooms were very comfortable and we used all 7. There was a great space that flowed from the kitchen to a family room. We comfortably had 18 for dinner after the rehearsal. The kitchen is very well equipped and easy to work in. The bride and her 2 attendants got ready in the master bedroom. The master bathroom is large and well lit. Perfect for hair and makeup! The owner was very easy to contact and was so hospitable. We could not have found a more perfect space to house our family for this special weekend.

Great stay

We had a very comfortable stay. The house is large, very clean, and looks as described. Payton was quick to respond and helpful. The neighborhood was beautiful, quiet, and safe. We had a large group, so we did have to time our showers so we all had enough hot water. A great value and place. We hope to be back.

Great place for large groups and for wine tasting; nice host.A group of five and I booked this property for five nights in November for a weekend of sightseeing and wine tasting. We were very happy with the property - it is well-appointed and close to Woodinville, which is the location of many tasting rooms, as well as Seattle (easy drive to the airport) and the ferry to Bainbridge Island. The neighborhood is quiet and there are grocery stores nearby, which makes everything easy. There are many bedrooms which makes it nice for large groups. Overall, we recommend it highly.

Perfect house for a family gathering ahead of a wedding! Lots of spacious bedrooms and bathrooms - all in spotless condition. Lots of room in the "public spaces" namely the kitchen and adjacent eating area and sitting area. The open plan gave us the elbow room we hoped for. We were 14 adults.Kitchen was well equipped - we had everything we needed.Added bonus was the home theater in the basement with huge screen and recliner seating - but we weren't there long enough to take full advantage of this.Property description is accurate. I would love to rent this house again.

What a joy to read this! I’m so glad the home provided a comfortable and spacious setting for your family gathering before the wedding. It sounds like a beautiful and memorable time together, and I’m thrilled the house met your expectations. Hopefully next time you’ll have a chance to enjoy that theater room a bit more! You’re welcome back anytime. – Stay Modern Properties

There were more than enough space for 3 families with 6 littles to stay for a family wedding happening near by. This place was spacious and all the rooms were clean and had a lot of natural light! There was so much space for the littles to run around to play in the lower level where the game room was located and on the 1st floor living rooms. Everyone loved the theatre where we got to catch kpop demon hunter! It was a very nice touch to have the small teepee and wooden blocks for youngest in the group to be entertained. This was an older home with many modern amenities. We were also glad the rooms were equiped with individual AC units espcially for the 2nd floor. Wish we had more time to enjoy all the features! Payton was super responsive for the asks and questions that we had since this was a newer listing. All our families agreed that we would stay there again if we were to gather in Seattle again.
