Premium Resort- styled Heated Pool & Game Room

This unique place has a style all its own. Our stunning house, complete with a spacious pool and outdoor kitchen, is sure to make your gatherings unforgettable.
The space
The 3600 square foot house featuring:
- 5 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms with 8 beds, 1 sofa bed, 1 air mattress and 1 crib
- Resort-style pool with waterfall and lights. Oversized patio with summer kitchen (charcoal grill, gas stove and sink), outdoor cornhole, life size game.
Heated pool is available from November to March per request at $75 per night x the total nights of the booking. Please contact for more details. Heated Fee must be paid at least 1 day before arrival.
The heated pool operates when the air temperature is 55°F or higher. It will be heated from 11 am to 8 pm on the requested day. Pool water temperature will be heated to around 85°F.

- Game room with 65-inch TV with Youtube Premium and Netfilx, 8ft Conelly pool table, 3 arcade machines (1 downstair).
- 20-feet ceiling grand living room with bar, wine fridge, shuffleboard table.
- 3 65-inch TVs and 1 50-inch TV
Other things to note
* House Rule
- Our top priority is to have respect for the neighbors.
- Please no parties, loud music, or loud noises. NO EVENTS ALLOWED.
- Quiet hours outside starts at 10:00pm. We want to make sure we are not disturbing the neighborhoods next door but still have a good time.
- Gatherings of more than the confirmed number of people, including both overnight guests and visitors, without prior notice and approval, are not allowed. In the event of undisclosed guests, your reservation will be immediately terminated without refund.
- No jumping on the bunk bed. Children must be at least 6 years old to sleep on the top bunk.
- Pet fee $150 for 2 dogs maximum. Cats are not allowed.
- No illegal substances/ activities allowed on the property. Violation will result in the reservation being terminated immediately without refund.
- No smoking allowed on the property.

* Pool rule:

- Guests assume acknowledge the presence of a pool on site and assume all responsibility for use including responsibility for the safety of children and minors under the age of 18.

- Children and minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times while in pool area. Swim diapers required for children that are not potty trained

-Enjoy the swimming pool but swim at your own risk. No running, diving, or glass in the pool area. Deep end is 6.5ft and shallow end is 3ft. No children swimming without adult supervision.

- Pool hours: 8 AM - 9PM

- Pool features such as waterfall, lights, blowers can be turned on by request. Guests do not have access to on-site pool control board
- We don’t have outside fridge and don’t provide BBQ Charcoal.
