Welcome to Santa Marianita! Breathtaking sunsets, healing sound of the vibrant ocean, rejuvenating long walks on the "like private" beach, kite surfing, beach restaurants. The golf course, historic center and souvenirs at famous Montecristi, wild life and curious monkeys at Pacoche jungle, Manta's fresh sea food market, Manta’s new mall—-all 20-30 minutes drive.

This oceanfront spacious two-bedroom/two-bathroom condo is one of four apartments. The place is located in the quieter area of Santa Marianita, right next to the security guard’s post to the Urbanization.
You will have a queen size bed in one bedroom and two bunk beds in the other bedroom. Maximum capacity for this unit is six guests.
Parking:
The parking at the property is limited to two spaces-one car behind the other, in tandem.
The cost of the parking at the property: $4/night, $20/week, $30/month.

A parking outside of the property walls is SAFE, it is next to the security guard’s post.

La Playa Santa Marianita is a nice and safe community, where the residents take a good care of each other, and the visitors and tourists enjoy the relaxation, food and activities available at the beach.
A 2-mile-long beach, which is almost private Monday through Friday. Many locals come to enjoy the beach on Saturdays and Sundays. There are many restaurants on the beach.
Sta Marianita has 3 kite surfing schools.
Whale watching season is between May and October.
Turtles, dolphins, exotic birds on our beach...and so much more.
There are couple of small stores, where you can buy necessities, in the village of Santa Marianita.

Manta airport, a new shopping mall, movie theater, exclusive restaurants and much more ----- ONLY 15-20 minutes drive from this hidden treasure, La Playa Santa Marianita!

The photos don't do this condo justice. It's immaculately kept and was very comfortable for four adults. The owner is very helpful and responds immediately. She not only answered all our questions but also put us in touch with an English speaking taxi driver who was awesome. But the best feature is the location. This property is in the very best location in all of Santa Marianita. We spent hours watching whales and kite surfers from our balcony. It was a magical vacation.

Perfect Sunsets

We stayed here for three months and were very happy. The condo is modern and immaculate. It is directly on the beach - looking out over the ocean everyday was heavenly. The area is not very developed yet - a plus for us - but it takes some travelling to go for groceries etc. The owner, Albina, is wonderful and Sylvia and Kent - the couple who manage the property are the best we have ever had on any vacation. We met lots of great people and there are some great little restaurants close by. If you want to relax , enjoy the sunshine, walk the endless beach, listen to the waves and watch the most beautiful sunsets - this is the place for you.

Stunning views, pristine beach at least five miles long with incredible marine life.

The natural setting is spectacular, condo in secure setting. Cabana dining (shrimp cerviche, whole fish and local Ecuadorian seafood). Fall asleep to the sounds of the ocean waves! Administrator Sylvia is fantastic, gracious and helpful. Albina also, super-helpful! Recommend stopping in Manta for groceries on your way to the house, otherwise dinning in cabana restaurants (close at 6-7 pm). Bring a few books and cell battery back up (electricity/wifi can go out for a few hours). Communication via WhatsApp made it easy to find help and arrange travel/taxi/tours.
