Downstairs area features a game room, pool table/ping pong, board games, television, record player with blue tooth capabilities and pull-out sofa.

A gem

My three teenagers and I stayed at this property since it was on our way to ski at Kirkwood. We were blown away by the place and my kids want to replicate this same trip going forward. They loved the place, as did I. The house is fully stocked with everything imaginable - games, spices,snacks, even baby utensils (we didn’t use those, ha). There were plenty of pillows and blankets. The ambiance was comfortable and crisp. There was plenty of room for us and we could spread out a bit - the layout doesn’t make you feel like you’re on top of each other. Kirkwood for one day of skiing was great. And the wood fireplace was perfect. On our way back on Sunday we stopped at Sutter Creek which was fun for the teens. We loved it here and plan to stay again.

It serves as the perfect getaway to relax and unwind and to build memories with loved ones. We are excited to share our storybook cabin with others!

If you have never visited Pioneer, you are in for a treat. Pioneer serves as a beautiful landscape with an abundance of trees. The property is situated right off of HWY 88 which makes for easy travel to and from the property especially in the winter months. Property sits perched on a hill overlooking an abundance of trees, mountain views and backs up to hundreds of acres of private virgin land. Nearby amenities include Iron Mountain SNO PARK, Kirkwood, Bear River, Silver Lake and so much more!

Our property sits perched on a hill in beautiful Pioneer, CA. The cabin offers an expansive deck overlooking 3 private acres of beautiful pine trees. Majestic views of the Sierra Nevada mountains. Private trail on the property which leads to an additional view of hundreds of private acres of virgin, undeveloped land. The cabin is truly storybook. Knotted pine cathedral ceilings, cozy wood-burning stove, newer appliances and upgraded amenities. Upgraded bathrooms, clean and comfortable bedrooms, game room featuring pool table, ping pong and a variety of additional board games and activities!
