Spring break trip with my son.....Spring training, golf and Old Town are just a hop, skip and a jump from here. Way cheaper than anything closer to "Scottsdale". Spacious enough for a small family.

Great location and unit!
Nice quiet condo in a convenient location. Felt safe and comfortable. Loved the large south facing balcony. We would all definitely stay here again!

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, location
My stay was ok, but I was honestly thankful it was only for a few nights. The condo has a wonderful porch and is very quiet. Outside of that, it’s very basic. The bathrooms are college-apartment grade, and the refrigerator intermittently made an awful noise, so much so that we had to unplug it to sleep. With all of the fees, it was 450/night which felt way overpriced.
It was a comfortable place. Beds were comfortable. There was a plumbing issue when we got there but it was taken care of the next morning. We did a lot of cooking/baking and the fan and light over the stove don’t work. None of the front windows open but at least we could open the front door which has a screen for ventilation. All in all a decent place to stay and responsive support.
The home was fine. Just a couple things that were troublesome. First the weather delayed our trip and we lost about two days use of the home. Secondly, there was an odor in the home. After a day or so I figured it out. It ended up being that there was food left in the garbage disposal and had not been flushed clear with water. After I ran it and dropped some Dawn into it, the smell cleared up. The refrigerator when it runs has a loud rattle and my husband has to shut the bedroom door as it was loud enough to disturb his sleep. There was a spill on the carpet near the right side of the right hand bedroom from a previous renter. But all in all it did the job we needed it to do.
