What a great plz e to stay! Bring your extended family and friends, there is plenty of room for everyone to feel comfortable. The hosts are wonderful people and are ready to respond quickly to any concerns you might have. Bring Fido, it is a very pet friendly place.

The description of the property was so accurate - except there was one more bedroom! Worked perfectly for our family! Location was great - easy walk to the beach. Furniture was so comfortable, loved the balcony seating, kitchen was great and hosts were so communicative and responsive.

The house was beautiful and walkable to the beach and boardwalk. The house was clean and fit all of our guests (7) comfortably. We had a blast and hope to come back soon. The only update I would make is to upgrade the beds to regular beds rather than the sofa style pull out beds that are currently there.

The house has great location with easy walking distance to the boardwalk, the bayside beach and the free outdoor exercise/gym and also to bike rentals and eateries. There are bedrooms, bathrooms and outdoor decks on 3 floors, which worked out well for us considering all the different ages. The kitchen-living area is very modern with center island with 3 seats, new appliances, generous cabinet space and best, a very large table that can accommodate at least 10. The ground level includes a garage for one car plus extra room for bikes and beach gear. Toward the rear is a covered patio, gas grill and a fenced courtyard. 8 beach tags are provided. There was excellent communication with the host, who quickly responded to any question. Everyone agreed this house was right for our vacation this year.

I booked a 3 day stay for me and my family over Thanksgiving week, and my experience was absolutely perfect! The host was very pleasant and accommodating! The home is beautiful and very spacious! Perfect house!

We had an amazing week. Traveled with my family - teen children and the set up and location couldn’t have been more perfect. Each person could have their own space and privacy, very clean and well furnished/supplied. We absolutely loved the outdoor decks. Easy walk to the beach. The host was very helpful and communicative. I highly recommend this property!

After vacationing in Wildwood a couple of times we decided to move to another ocean location and decided on Seaside Heights. The best thing about this beautiful location was this house.We received all information about the house rules ahead of time and the door code needed before our arrival. There were issues due to the rental the week before but the host went above and beyond to provide continual updates as the issues were being resolved. The house had plenty of space to everyone could chill out and enough space to allow for family game nights. The kitchen was well supplied with more than enough plates, glasses, cups, cookware, and silverware. The boardwalk/ocean is 2 blocks away when you turn right from the front door. The bay with beautiful sunsets is 2 blocks away when you turn left from the front door. We took full advantage of this location spending most days on the beach and most evenings walking on the boardwalk. So much fun for everyone.If you are planning a vacation to Seaside Heights and looking for the perfect home away from home you'll be very happy with this house

Summer Time

Great beach house in a fantastic location—just a short walk to the beach and boardwalk! We loved the bay side views and stunning sunsets, and had lots of fun fishing and crabbing nearby. The house being pet-friendly was a huge plus—our dog loved it as much as we did! Communication with the owner was excellent—very responsive and accommodating.A few small improvements would make it perfect: more indoor games for downtime, additional cooking trays in the kitchen, and extra chairs for the 1st floor patio. Overall, a relaxing and enjoyable family getaway. We'd definitely return!

Beautiful place

This was just as described, beautiful brand new condo only blocks from the beach! Everything you need is there in the house that you would need in your own home/kitchen.I would recommend bringing something to tow your beach chairs and boogie boards in like a wagon. The host was easy to communicate with and very available! Only a small recommendation is to list the other bedrooms as pullout beds and not queen beds. Just in case somebody has any health issues otherwise they were comfortable according to my two kiddos who are above 18. I would also recommend a few fun games like Monopoly or Uno and a set of playing cards.
