Linda, We thank you for your feedback as it is always welcomed but I have to admit that we are rather disappointed that you left a 3-star review based on something that had nothing to do with this wonderful Condo. In the Description of the listing it says twice that this unit is on the 3rd Floor. It is also noted that there is no elevator. This is also part of the Condo particulars of detailed information that VRBO produces to guests. Yes, you reached out to me to say that you had concerns due to having hip replacements, but you never said how long ago that took place, nor did you tell me that you could not do the stairs. You were looking to see if we would allow you to receive a full refund if you cancelled just 2 days before your arrival...thus not allowing us to advertise the unit for others going into a popular weekend. I wrote that we wanted a happy guest, but after discussing the situation with our group, we felt that due the facts posted well in the description and the short notice that you mentioned it to us; we felt it was best to stand behind our cancellation policy as we posted no false truths of the unit and the short notice reachout. As for the faucet....there was never any mention of it to me before, during or after your stay. Due to your Feedback we had our Maintenance Team take a look at it and we could not find any leak that was mentioned. That is ok, could be a misunderstanding. We always look to treat our guests with 100% respect.
