O imóvel é bom, com bom espaço, sala aconchegante, dois quartos e dois banheiros com chuveiro. A cozinha é pequena e não bate sol, achei escura. A localização é ótima, em frente a praia do tombo. Tem uma vaga de estacionamento. A entrada e saída do condomínio foi bem fácil. O condomínio parece seguro, com portaria e guarita na frente e atrás. Algumas fotos do anúncio estavam erradas.

Pelo segundo ano consecutivo eu e minha família ficamos no apartamento na Praia do Tombo. Estadia perfeita, atendimento de primeira. Apenas o sinal de wi-fi do prédio muito fraco (mas isso é dito no contrato) e a TV no apê que tá bem antiga. De resto, nota 10!
