Bom, mas falta internet no apto.

Em Julho de 2018 já reservei o apto com a condição que havia internet particular dentro. Infelizmente meses depois a proprietária entrou em contato dizendo que não consegui a internet que teríamos que utilizar o da área comum do prédio. Nessa altura e com pagamento de metade feito, achei melhor não cancelar. Confesso que com 3 filhos foi complicado, além da Internet comum não funcionar o calor era insuportável, já que não há ar condicionado, o que gerou reclamação e vontade de voltar pra casa logo. Já o apto tem ar é ótimo, limpo e organizado. Camas boas, chuveiros bons e todo equipado. A TV é deplorável, tem canal pago mas não dá para assitir na sala, no quarto e um pouco melhor. Se tivesse internet como planejamos no apto, teria ficado tudo maravilhoso. Recomendo com apto com ctz, mas sem internet nos dias de hj, não sei se voltaria.
