About this property

Fully contained First Floor Apartment with a separate entrance attached to a private home located in the Heart of Horsham Twp. with a great open concept living area. As you open the front door you view from the living room, with a nice desk and work area, into the eat in kitchen. You will have Generous Sized Bedroom with king bed, full bath, Kitchen features Electric cook top, Fridge, microwave, washer and dryer. There is another bedroom available with 2 single beds for an additional charge of $20.00 per person. An extra queen bed will be provided for reservations with more than 4 guests. I will provide Linen pack that includes 1 Sheet Set per advertised bed, 1 Hand Towel per bathroom and 1 Bath Towel per each guest. No wash cloths provided. I offer free Wi-Fi and complimentary coffee/tea. Pets are considered for additional fee. Our convenient location means you are close to Horsham's Business Campus, Parx Casino, major roads and highways including the Pennsylvania turnpike, Willow Grove Park Mall and all the shopping and dining Horsham has to offer. SEPTA train system is accessible from nearby Hatboro train station.

This is a nice, clean place to stay . Good location. Sal was very responsive to a couple of minor issues.

Clean and quaint in Horsham, PA

My husband and I stayed here for one week. The property is clean and comfortable, outdoor space is very peaceful. We hosted a few of our friends one evening on the deck and everyone enjoyed it. The hosts lives right next door and were readily available. We had trouble with washer, Maria came over and help start it right away. We will definitely stay here on our next visit and recommend it to others.

Clean, efficient apartment

Place was well-kept and near where I needed to be. Nothing fancy, but it suited my needs. Adjacent house has a family living there and is also rented out for groups. Deck was nice, though not private. Parking was tight--difficult for the pickup truck I rented, but I managed.

Summer visit

This location was ideal for our visit to our mother who lives at Springhouse Estates. Easy access to grocery, gas, and a great bagel shop just down the street. Couches were super comfy, and so was the king bed, but our adult kids on the porch pullout and twin bed weren't as comfortable.
