Location...location...location! This immaculate home is perfectly located just a short walk from town and a quick bike ride away from Cisco Brewery, Bartlett's Farm, 167 Raw, Miacomet Golf Course, and some of the best beaches on the island. The Cisco bike path is located just steps away at the top of our street.

This sunny and beautiful modern home boasts an open floor plan on the first floor with vaulted ceilings, a gourmet kitchen with honed stone countertops, large island, and stainless steel appliances. A sitting/TV room off the kitchen overlooks the spacious deck. Large RH dining table allows for 8 guests to dine comfortably. There is an additional living room with a 55 inch flat screen TV. There are 2 bedrooms on the first floor: a room with custom built-in bunk beds and a queen bedroom with sliding glass doors opening up to the deck. There is a marble guest bathroom with a bathtub and rain shower head. The second floor master suite has cathedral ceilings and a queen bed. The luxurious master bathroom has a double vanity and walk-in marble shower with a rain shower head. There is also a bright spacious alcove with desk on the second floor. High end finishes throughout.

This home has an 18X36 heated salt water pool with automatic cover, stone covered patio, and guest house/cabana. Cabana has an outdoor shower, full bathroom with shower, and recreation room with sitting area, flat screen TV, and XBOX. There is also a lofted sleeping area with full bed.

This home is set on a large private and tranquil fenced in yard with close to an acre of land.

Perfect Family Vacation

We had a wonderful two week vacation. The house was impeccable and comfortable. The privacy of the large yard was ideal and the pool was perfect. We'll be back next year!

The home was a perfect place for our family to relax. It was beautiful and updated with top of the line appliances. The yard and the pool were immaculate. We highly recommend this home and would definitely stay here again!

Beyond perfect

This house is as good as it looks. The location is even better than expected - basically central to everywhere we went, and we explored the entire island. Great access to bike trails (btw -definitely rent bikes on ACK), beaches, wonderful restaurants, Cisco brewery, Bartlett farm, etc. etc. You could also stay home all day and enjoy the pool and spacious back yard. This place is really an incredible oasis on Nantucket.

Perfect House

We have been coming to Nantucket for 25 years and this was by far the best home for our family! Loved the simplicity to the decor and ease of comfort mixed with sophistication. The pool was a delight! The owners are so thoughtful and gracious and respond immediately if any issues arise regardless of how small the inquiry. Hopefully, it will be available next summer for our week!

Overdelivered in every way!

The trip was fabulous from beginning to end- house was even better in person- felt brand new, clean and pristine, sophisticated, beach decor, all the bells and whistles from Weber grill, make up towels ,gourmet welcome basket, heated pool, sonos music, personalized corn hole… we could go on and on. Basically, it’s out of a Serena and Lily catalog. Location is awesome- biked to beaches, Cisco Brewery, Bartlett’s Farm and downtown ACK. Food on island is awesome and the lobster… we had it daily and sometimes twice. Truly the best!

A very special place

We felt like we were in our own little world, the property is so private, yet so close to town and other great spots like Bartlett Farm. The pool was gorgeous, the lawn lent itself to lots of games for our young adult children and their partners. The house was pristine and equipped with everything you need. Jennifer was very accessible and helpful.

Loved every minute!

This property is exactly as described. The home is thoughtfully stocked with everything you need to have a great holiday. The location is near the Cisco bike path is perfect. The pool is a blessing, especially with young kids. The house is close to the action but tucked away in a gorgeous garden so you can escape the crowds easily, which we really appreciated. The hosts were a pleasure to deal with - and we appreciated the restaurant and beach recommendations to help navigate the island easily. The house is clearly well managed. Honestly could not have asked for a better rental - we will definitely be back!

Wonderful week on Nantucket

We had such a great experience at this house. Very short drive to town or a quick 10 minute walk. The house itself was perfect. We loved the open, clean layout inside and the outdoor space was amazing. We spent countless hours in the pool and the kids loved playing in the large yard. The pool also has a retractable cover that gives extra peace of mind for those traveling with little kids. The pool house was also a bonus as we had a sitter come and stay for a few days and it was great for her to have her own space. Can’t recommend this property enough.

I've been renting property for 15 years, and this remains one of the most memorable houses. The owners are a delight to work with and the home is clean, updated and cozy. The location is perfect... so perfect that I offered to buy the home. You will not be disappointed.

10 STAR Property

This was a good experience from the time I decided on this property. Communication prior to arrival was excellent. A week before the trip we received a detailed pdf booklet with all of the information we needed about the property. The booklet was also loaded with information about activities, shopping, etc. From the moment we walked in the door we were impressed. The house exceeded all expectations. It is clean, sleek and well maintained. All of the items, silverware, glasses, dishes, kitchen tools and linens are high end. Our son who is older and single really enjoyed the privacy of the pool house. The property is quite large and quiet. Close enough to walk or ride a bike to town. We had a delightful bike ride to the Cisco Brewery. The pool is heated and while it was early June it was warm enough that we did take a dip. This would be a wonderful place to write a book. If we return to Nantucket this is where we would stay. We didn’t have any issues. I texted the owners to let them know we had arrived and they responded quickly welcoming us and reminding us to contact them immediately if we had any questions about the house. I give this property my strongest recommendation. If you are considering this property, look no further, book it! You will not be disappointed.

The Gem on Hawthorne Lane

If you are looking for a beautiful, fresh, clean, airy and spacious place to stay on Nantucket you do not need to look any further. Our group of 3 adults and 4 children immensely enjoyed our stay here last week. Perfectly situated close to Nantucket town, bike paths, Bartlett's Farm, Cisco brewers, Maria Mitchell Observatory and many more fun and interesting places to explore...The pool was a hit with the kids and adults alike. The property features an immense backyard that was perfect for kicking the soccer ball around, frisbee, kite flying and corn hole bean bag toss games. Indoor board games were plentiful as well. Our kids really got a kick out of the "Nantucketopoly".. A great learning tool about the various places to see on the island. Also, I have to say that the sleeping accommodations were heavenly. Crisp white sheets, cozy white duvet and a luxuriously soft mattress topper. I slept better on vacation that I do at home! We cannot wait to come back! Hopefully next year!
