On the edge of Park City, you will enjoy privacy and easy access while still being just Minutes from the Ski Resorts and Shopping. This home is only 1 mile off the highway and only 8-10 minutes from the Park City Mountain Resort, Downtown Historic Main Street and the Kimball Junction area where you will find the Tanger Outlet Mall, Movies, Bowling, Dining, and Olympic Park.

This home offers a perfect combination between outdoor & indoor living, with a private hot tub on the balcony, with the very best views in Parks Edge. The lower patio has a private gas fire pit with outdoor seating to sit back and enjoy the fresh mountain air and unobstructed views of the mountains , walking trails, & wet lands.

Everything is NEW! This home was just completed Nov 2016. With all new furniture, this home is Beautifully Decorated with Upgraded Amenities. The kitchen is well equipped with new stainless steel appliances and granite counter-tops. The Laundry room is set up with a High Efficiency Washer and Dryer. The bedrooms offer pillow top mattresses and luxury bedding with sleeping for 6 plus a pull out sofa with a queen mattress with bedding provided for additional sleeping to 2. Maximum occupancy is 8. Enjoy a Satellite cast compatible Television in the living area. TV's also in bedrooms & library. Enjoy the cozy library just off the master bedroom, to read, work, or watch TV. Complimentary Wi-Fi in the home. The house is well stocked with thoughtful attention to detail. Robes, Hand soaps, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, laundry detergent blow dryers in every bathroom. Enjoy some cards & board games with family & friends. Wonderful stay for park city ski trip

The property exceeded our expectations, very clean and comfortable. Great proximity to park city in a quiet neighborhood. The two car garage is great for keeping the car dry and out of the snow.

Great Place

You can't go wrong with this property. Owner is very cooperative and informing. Unit is clean, well stocked, and comfortable. Hot tub was great and was serviced after first week of two week stay. Location is convenient to Park City and Heber. Rent this place and have fun!

So peaceful!!

Our stay was wonderful. We needed a break from the hustle in the valley and Sher’s retreat was perfect. Great attention to detail…everything was as advertised or better. Sherrie was very accommodating and prompt to respond with answers to questions. Best of all for me was the fact her unit backs onto beautiful natural open space. Also the community is very quiet. It was the perfect needed break for my wife and I. (Late Mother’s Day gift). We will be back!

Precious gem in Park City

We extremely enjoyed our stay at Sherrie's place. She thought of everything to make our ski trip such a wonderful experience. We even had a welcome bottled waters and chocolates locally from Utah and the caramel candies in a basket. We loved the boot warmer set up in the garage and the hot tub big enough to accommodate our tall husbands in our party of 4 grown ups. The towels are of great quality. Bath robes were such a nice touch, We would suggest a terry robe fabric though on winter time instead of the cotton ones which would be perfect for summer time. We greatly appreciate Sherrie lending us a cast iron pan during our stay, We enjoyed our stay that we plan to go back with our grown up kids to experience summer time in Utah. Overall, I can honestly say that if you decide to book this place, you will NOT be disappointed. This will definitely be our ski destination retreat next year, God willing.

I have stayed in quite a few VRBOs over the years and this unit was by far the cleanest and most well stocked one! So much attention to the little details made this unit a standout. After a very early start on our travel day we arrived to find all the basics stocked with no need to rush out for them. Paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, garbage bags, and most importantly, coffee, lol!There are a lot of condos in the area but not all the units have a good view. This one does! Communication with the owner was always fast and our questions easily answered.This trip was our first to Utah and it did not disappoint! 10 out of 10 for this condo and the area it is located in!

Our stay was wonderful beautiful place and so well stocked. Only problem it was on the holiday and we struggled getting into the pool because the key would not work that was a bummer but we still had fun.

Beautiful home

We had a great stay here. It was perfect for skiing in park city. Really enjoyed the balcony hot tub. The house is beautifully furnished and so comfortable. Hope to come back again.

Perfect Spring Ski Getaway

Our family (husband, wife, our adult daughter, and her boyfriend) thoroughly enjoyed our staying at this wonderful property during our Spring Ski Getaway. The floor plan was perfect, allowing everyone to have their own bedroom and bathroom, as well as gather in the open kitchen and living space. I especially enjoyed sitting on the hearth by the warmth of the gas fireplace. The kitchen was well equipped, including a crockpot and pressure cooker. The location was in close proximity to resorts. Our group skied Deer Valley, Park City, and Canyons.We especially enjoyed parking at nearby Richardson Flats and taking the shuttle to Deer Valley and Park City (all were free). At the end of the day, everyone enjoyed a soak in the hot tub. This left us refreshed and ready for the next day on the slopes. The garage and garage door opener were also tremendously convenient. Thanks for a wonderful stay! We would not hesitate to return to this beautiful and well appointed property!

We came here with our family for a ski trip to Park City. The location was perfect. Close to the mountain and downtown. The house was exactly as advertised and was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Great Location for Deer Valley and Park City

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was very comfortable and clean. We had some snow days and we were very happy to see that the snow was plowed in the residential area.This condo has all the comforts of home. We would definitely consider renting this condo again.It has three stories so make note of the stairs in case that is important for you.

Property is really nice. Second time here. Sherry is a great host. Well stocked. Hot tub is serviced weekly and worked out well. Within 8-10 minutes to Jordanelle lift and East Deer Valley lot.

Clean exceptional stay, 11 mins from Park City

Sherrie’s unit is very clean, new and modern. The three level townhouse had a spacious garage, hot tub on the deck, and large 3 bed 3 baths. This was a great place to vacay with my wife and 2 kiddos. Had every thing we needed. Wi-Fi was a bit spotty the whole time but sounds like Sherrie got it fixed! We loved the office nook off the master bedroom.

Wonderful getaway

This was the most wonderful getaway for spring break. I couldn't have asked for a more comfortable place to relax, even while my husband still put in a few hours of work each day. (The little office upstairs was ideal, and the internet worked perfectly.) The location was great, the views were beautiful, and everything we needed was provided. Thank you for such a great stay!

Winter wonderland

We live here in Salt Lake City, and enjoy traveling with family and friends. We love Utah because of its unique opportunity for diverse outdoor activities. Our favorites are spending time at the fabulous lakes we have here in the summertime, and skiing in the winter. We have also loved traveling to many other places and enjoyed other peoples beautiful vacation rentals in their cities and towns.

Why they chose this property

The reason we chose a vacation rental in Park City is because it is beautiful and close to home for a quick get away. We spend a lot of time up there year round for all it has to offer. We chose a place that is close to Park City but slightly off the beaten path for a little more quiet seclusion yet so close to town that we can be there in minutes to the slopes, fine dining, great nightlife, hiking, and many other outdoor activities. We've incorporated all the things we have loved in a rental from our years of traveling. We've added all amenities inside to have all the comforts from home, mixed with fun outdoor living with the patio fire pit and the balcony hot tub, perfect for a snowy day. We're excited to share a place we love with others that will also appreciate it and like it as much as we do.

What makes this property unique

The condo we picked was very deliberate to get the perfect location. We wanted a condo that had unobstructed views from the back so we could enjoy a private balcony and patio and the beauty of the sunrise in the morning over the east mountains. Its so close to the Jordanelle Reservoir and Downtown Park City, so perfect!
