A beautiful home, in a beautiful, historic area, on beautiful Cape Cod. What more could one ask for?

I want to thank you for sharing your beautiful home with me and my family. We had a wonderful time this past week exploring, dining and just hanging out. It was the hanging out part where your home shined; its many rooms gave everyone the space they needed; the size of the property provided a wonderful outdoor play space; but it was the large, roofed deck off the kitchen that made all the difference. It's a carefree space that literally makes your home a wonderful destination for a family vacation. We leave here with plenty of fond memories of the Cape and of 256A Pleasant Street.

My wife, 2 kids (12 year old boy, 14 year old girl) live outside of Boston.

Why they chose this property

I grew up spending my summers at a house just down the road where my wife and I also got married. When this historic property came available we fell in love with the house, location (proximity and private access to Bass river) and the huge lawn for summer games with the kids.

What makes this property unique

House is a section of Charles Henry Davis's House of Seven Chimneys - and has all the charm one would expect from an old cape house. Also has all the modern conveniences of updated kitchen and baths , system such as Central air in the Master suite etc.
