Located in Beacon Villas, part of the award winning Corolla Light Resort, where an abundance of topnotch amenitiesare waiting for you to explore, our bright and airy home boasts 4 spacious bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, ensuring ample space for families or groups to relax and unwind.

Inside, our great room is flooded with natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The modern, fully-equipped kitchen with island seating, and dining room with large table are perfect for family meals; while the living room offers a cozy place to relax after a long day of playing in the sun and sand. A second living room can be found on the lower level, equipped with a wet bar for storing extra beverages or groceries, as well as a large Roku TV, NEW Arcade game, a foosball table, and X-Box gaming system. Each bedroom is beautifully furnished: all have walk-in closets, 3 have en-suite bathrooms with custom tile work for ultimate privacy and comfort.

You and your family will enjoy a wide array of resort amenities right at your doorstep! The trolley stop is just a few hundred feet from our door, taking you anywhere on property- from oceanside to soundside pools, tennis or pickleball courts, nature trail or fitness center, there is something for everyone! Why they chose this property

We have been home owners in Corolla since 2020 and have loved the laid back feel, the people, and the amazing nature that surrounds you. We always wanted a home in the Corolla Light Resort because it has so much to offer- whether it’s families, couple groups, or girls weekend. Their amenities are THE BEST! Plus, you are close to great restaurants, immense history, the Currituck Beach Lighthouse, and the Wild Horses that Outer Banks are so famous for!

What makes this property unique

We love that our home has the main living area/great room on the 2nd floor, so there’s only one flight of stairs! This is especially important if your’re traveling with family who have mobility issues. It’s an open, 2-story great-room, that is calming and full of light. Our neighborhood and home are a little more upscale, built with high end fixtures and furnishings, so you can feel a little pampered while on vacation, but not break the bank. We also have 3 beautiful en-suite bedrooms, and a bedroom on the lower level that shares a bathroom with the TV room.
