Cowtown Getaway Upper Level Apartment
Enjoy this upper-level two bedroom apartment that is quiet, comfortable, and relaxing. This SOUTH-SIDE unit has everything you will need to work or play while in Miles City! Enjoy the 7 minute walk to downtown or the one mile drive to just about anywhere in town! If you happen to be in town for kids or grandkids, enjoy the two block walk to CCHDS or just walk across the street to Lincoln school. If you are traveling with kids, there is a lovely park just across the street.
This two bedroom unit is bright and sunny and SO QUIET! Enjoy the two queen beds and the comfy couch/loveseat for hanging out. If you need any additional items for little ones, we have pack and plays, toys, high chairs etc all available with a simple request.
This unit is located on the upper level (2 floors up) and has street parking and a first come-first serve lot in the rear of the building.
You will have 100% access to the entire apartment and if you need to do laundry during your stay, there is a coin operated washer and dryer on site.
You will be given a secure and personalized, four digit code for private entry.
We offer keypad entry with a 4 digit code that we will supply to you within one day of arrival. We live within a few miles of this property and are happy to help if you need us!
This neighborhood can`t be beat! You will enjoy the close proximity to downtown nightlife, a quick walk to Custer County District High School or Lincoln School to watch special events or the one mile commute to our local medical facilities. The neighbors are VERY respectful and kind.
Enjoy ample street parking or a city lot for trailers (weekend or Summer only) right across the street. There are two complimentary first come-first serve parking spaces in the rear of the building. Long term tenants have garage spaces, so there is never a shortage of parking.

No pets are allowed due to the owner and other guests who frequently stay at this property who are sensitive to pet dander.
We ask that you please utilize street parking and please DO NOT park in front of the garage spaces. Those spaces are assigned and we can`t have tenants egress/ingress blocked.
