Check in was a self check in which was super convenient for us coming from such a long road trip. The beds were super comfortable, and the house was very clean. Its a brand new house! The host was easy to reach, and the location was nice and quiet away from neighbors which was nice. It was easy to get to Sunday River just over 15 minutes! The layout of the house was perfect for our group. The hot tub was super nice, and firepit as well.

Lovely remote cabin in the woods

We stayed for a long weekend in Mid-May (during mud season) to do a bit of hiking and a lot of board games/movies/cabin time. The unit was everything we wanted, very well equipped, clean, and pleasant to stay in. Dave Kim have a very heavily automated process for check in and communication, but were also very quick to reply to our messages/questions through VRBO in addition. We also really liked the area, views, etc. and would recommend both the cabin and location very highly

This is a beautiful new house. We drove up from Mass for the weekend to ski at Sunday river. The house was very clean! Lots of space with 2 family rooms. Kids loved the game room. Things to note, this house is on a dirt road that is basically on a small mountain, the driveway is also steep but not too long. If you go here in the winter you will need AWD. We decided to eat in both nights as we were too exhausted to go out. Andrew good takeout options in the area. Butcher Burger was very good.
