Welcome to a truly one-of-a-kind architectural gem on the Mornington Peninsula. This home boasts more glass than walls, offering an indoor-outdoor flow that immerses you in nature while enjoying all the modern amenities you could dream of.
Designed for comfort and style, this striking home is perfect for families or groups. It features 3 spacious bedrooms:
-A master suite with a king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom.
-A second bedroom with a queen bed and ample space.
-A third bedroom with two bunk beds and trundles, sleeping up to 6—ideal for kids or teens (adults welcome too).
The third bedroom also serves as a separate kids’ retreat with a flat-screen TV and DVD player, and a cozy loft with a star-gazing window.
The custom-built Ash wood dining table comfortably seats 6–8 guests, perfect for family meals or entertaining.
Step outside onto the large deck with an 8-seater dining table, a BBQ, and a hot outdoor shower for after-beach refreshment.
Surrounded by native trees, olive groves, and a rosemary garden, the deck offers a peaceful space where you can hear the waves crashing nearby.
Living Spaces: Relax in the open-plan living area with a feather-down Molmic couch, a 65" HD TV, Bose surround sound, and a fireplace for those cozy winter evenings. The space is fully equipped for entertainment with a great selection of movies, DVDs, and board games.
Kitchen & Laundry: The kitchen is fully stocked with high-quality appliances—everything from a blender to a coffee machine—so you can cook up a storm or enjoy a laid-back breakfast at the large island bench. The laundry room includes a washer, dryer, and ironing facilities.
Outdoor Perks: The back beach is just at the end of the street, while the front beach and Blairgowrie shopping area are a short 15-minute walk away. You’ll find fantastic local wineries, restaurants, golf courses, and even a renowned hot springs relaxation center nearby.
Neighbourhood Highlights: Nestled between the back and front beaches, this home offers both seclusion and easy access to local shops and restaurants. Enjoy stunning nature walks, world-class wineries, and unforgettable sunsets all within walking distance.
Getting Around: While most places are accessible by foot, we recommend driving or biking (cautiously) as public transport is limited and taxis or Ubers are rare on the Peninsula.
