Enjoy your private terrace near City Park!

You will like this apartment not only for it's recently renovated, nice and clean but you will love it for having your breakfast or coffee at your private terrace!

You will not stay in the very heart of Budapest but still close to the center and to many attractions in walking distance.
Great public transport near the house: the bus take you to downtown in 10-15 minutes. The closest metro station is about 5 minutes from the apartment.

Spacious new apartment with a bedroom, a living room, a bathroom and a kitchen.
Ideal for couples or families up to 4 persons.
The flat is quiet.

55 square meters, comfortable, entirely equipped:

The bedroom is with large double bed and the living room is with a convertible sofa.

Free Budapest maps, brochures and small guide books are available for you to make a perfect trip in the city.
You will find umbrellas as well for your comfort.

Not only the clean and comfortable flat but the devoted staff (Laszlo) will make your stay perfect :)

There are 2 restaurants and 2 supermarkets (groceries) near the apartment.

PARKING: Free parking in our secured parking lot in front of the apartment.

Airport transfer:
Let me offer my personal airport shuttle service.
I can come and pick you up at the airport and bring you directly to the apartment by car for 29 euros (up to 4 persons). May you need this service please send me an email. Thank you :)

We spent 9 days in this beautiful apartment. It was exactly as in the pictures. The owner was very kind to welcome us and explained everything how it works. Private parking in the garden. The apartment is beautifully designed. Very modern. Everything we needed was there. The terrace is huge and the view is amazing. Restaurants, grocery stores, the city park, bus, trolley, everything was close by. I highly recommend it to everyone. We will definitely come back. Thank you!

True to its images

If you want to come to an accommodation that feels like home from a long stroll through Buda or Pest, this is the suitable accommodation to choose. Laszlo is a professional, very easy to talk to, and willing to answer every question. Free parking in a closed yard next to the house, lift, bus stop, and ice cream parlor is all we needed...and the view from the terrace is simply breathtaking. Close to the park, where a nice stroll after sunset is a safe alternative to experience the life of the locals. Would definitely book again.

Budapest im Juni 2024

Mit unserem Vermieter Laszlo haben wir jederzeit gut kommunizieren können. Fragen sind kurzerhand beantwortet und Probleme gelöst worden. Auch durften unsere Freunde während Ihres spontanen Aufenthalts in Budapest auf Grund der Größe der Wohnung bei uns mit übernachten. Nochmals vielen Dank dafür ! :) Auch ist zu erwähnen, dass das Stadtwäldchen nur ca. 5-10 Minunten zu Fuß entfernt ist. Dies ist ein wünderschöner großer Park mit vielen Themenbereichen, einer Jogginglaufbahn (beleuchtet) und einigen kleinen Imbiss- u. Lokalbereichen. Sehr erholsam und unbedingt empfehlenswert. Die Anbindung an Busse und Bahnen ist perfekt - direkt vor der Haustür. Wir waren bereits öfter in Budapest, jedoch das erste mal für eine gute Woche und in einer Wohnung. Wir kommen gerne wieder und freuen uns auch wieder auf neue Impuse in Budapest. Ein toller HotSpot !!!

Urlaub in Budapest

Die Lage ist absolut Klasse, der Restaurant unten am Haus absolut zu empfehlen. Die Wohnung ist Tip Top ausgestattet, sehr sauber. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, absolut Top. Der Bäcker um die Ecke, sehr sehr lecker. Wir können die Wohnung incl Vermieter zu 100% weiterempfehlen

Mooi appartement !

Zeer netjes appartement met dakterras waar je heerlijk kunt ontbijten. Buitenkant van het appartement en halletje naar lift is oud ( wel schoon) Goede airco/ douche /keuken. Enige opmerking is dat 2 persoonsbed wel voor 2 hele kleine personen is. Slaapbank idem dito. Voor 2 personen prima, voor 4 personen wel erg klein. Bus(sen) stoppen voor de deur voor prima vervoer naar centrum.

Immer wieder gern

Alles in allem war es sehr schöner Urlaub in einer sauberen und wunderschönen Unterkunft mit einem sehr lieben Vermieter der sehr an das Wohl des Mieters interessiert ist. Immer wieder gern! :)
