Located in Oshkosh, this house is a dream. Easy access to Hwy 41. Blocks from Fox River and Lake Winnebago. EAA is minutes away. Enjoy fishing on the Fox River or boating on Lake Winnebago. Nearby walking/bike path that goes for miles. Bring your bikes. Enjoy a short walk to the Paine Art Center. Door County is a popular destination. Take an early drive for the day and be back before sunset. If your a Green Bay Packer's fan, enjoy Lambeau Field 50 minutes away. Tour the museum, sports shop and outdoor activities it has to offer.

Why they chose this property
My house is in a nice neighborhood on a dead end street. There's a park across my road with easy access to bike trails or walking trails. A few blocks down the road is a park with boat ramps, bathrooms and places to grill. Many piers to fish. Many restaurants, minutes away. I have a charcoal grill. Enjoy a fire in my fire pit. Sit on the patio and enjoy the day.
