The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
1. Please turn things off (lights, electronics, TV, fireplaces, appliances, etc.). 2. Please lock all doors and windows. 3. Please rainse dishes, load them into the dishwasher and start the cycle.
4. Please make sure hot tub is covered. 5. Please notify us when you leave so we can begin our chores.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No smoking, vaping, e-cigarette, or illegal drug use inside or outside the house. Any violation of these rules will result in a fine.
No shoes in the house No street parking No parties, events, and fireworks allowed. Quiet hours: 10PM - 7AM
Please empty the trash, and take trash with you, each trash bag is $30 surcharge. Turn off all lights and appliances and notify host of departure
