It was a stunningly lovely home and perfect for our family gathering of 14 people. The shuttle to Loon was easily arranged. We would certainly stay here again.

The house was beautiful. The design details really added to the mountain feeling throughout. Excellent amenities. Everything was new and clean and well cared for. Access to the river was directly from the yard of the house and made it easy to hang out the morning, day or night for a few minutes or a few hours. The locations basically at the base of loon mt(with chair lifts in the neighborhood that presumably go to the base of the mountain in winter). We were Close To lots of great hikes. Collectively- we did flume gorge, artist bluff, Georgianna falls, mt. Pemigewasset and Cannon. There were 10 adults and a toddler in our party and there was plenty of room for everyone on the house. Would love to go back any season!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The Kenzie was incredibly responsive and accommodating from start to finish, making everything seamless and stress-free. The house was comfortable and meticulously clean, with plenty of space for our four families to relax and enjoy time together. The location was amazing, close to everything we needed while still feeling private and peaceful. The bedrooms were all great, the kids loved the bunk room. All the amenities we could have asked for were included, which made traveling with a group so easy. We would absolutely book this home again and highly recommend it to others!

We were summertime traveling with our four adult children and their families. We wanted a place where everyone could have their own space and this house was perfect. Each family had their own bedroom and bath (some ensuite, others adjacent). The bedrooms are spread over three floors and all are far enough away from the kitchen/family room area. Really worked well.The house is amazing - equipped with everything you can think of. Read through the amenities! I brought a lot of stuff that they provided. Open kitchen /family room was a great place to start the day. Island was great for kids to sit around for breakfast. In the back of the house there is a short trail that leads to a river. During our stay the water was perfect for swimming and for young children playing along the edge. The adults enjoyed gentle rapids and exploring. It was a great way to end each day - we'd get home after an adventure and go straight for a swim. Bring a chair and maybe a tube!House was clean upon arrival, instructions were clear, communications with Kenzie were excellent. Highly recommend.
