Nicely updated beach house with lovely beach decor and nice amenities. House temperature was cool when we arrived and everything was clean and ready. Host checked in with us before arriving and was quick to answer any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful home! We loved that we could have our 27ft boat at the dock with no issues getting in and out even at low tide, swim in the pool and watch tv at the outside bar all right there.

This was a great property for our family. All ages were covered from the game room to the kayaking from the back dock. So loved we are hoping to rent again next year for a longer trip. Also, the communication with the owner was open from arrival.

Hands down the best beach house we’ve stayed in on OIB! (or anywhere for that matter!) It looks exactly like the pictures! What was really amazing though was the little thoughtful details throughout. It truly made for a seamless and stress free vacation. We loved the location and pool and outdoor areas, game room and dock. The inside of the house was spotless and seemed brand new. The beds were comfortable and the fact that the linens were included was a huge plus! The street and neighborhood area that the house is located is well kept and charming. We really were just blown away! We can’t wait to return!

We had the most wonderful stay celebrating my son’s graduation! The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stunning inside and out. My kids enjoyed the heated pool and arcade room. Perfect location for making family memories. The host was kind and everything was exactly as described. We will definitely be back!

This is a beautifully decorated home! A very welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. Everything you could need is provided. Even beach towels for the heated pool. The home and property are very well maintained. Bedrooms and social areas are roomy. The host is easy to contact and so pleasant to talk to! You will be so thankful such a lovely home was shared with you. The location is close to OIB restaurants and activities.

This is a great house. We stayed for 3 nights and the house was perfect for us. The teens liked the pool. The house was very clean. I would love to stay here again during summer months. The host was very quick to respond and they let us check in a little earlier.

Really nice place. Entire family enjoyed the pool, canal, easy beach access, and just an all around great week. Host communication was great, and very prompt. House was very clean as well. Really was a great experience and will definitely look them up in future trips.

Perfect for Families

Property is exactly as described. Home is well-stocked with the essentials and the saltwater pool was amazing. Great location and the host was very responsive and kind. Close to beach and the backyard was a nice water view of the inner coastal waterway.
