Charming apartment in Central Athens Kolonaki

The appartment is located at Kolonaki, an elegant and completely safe neighbourhood of central Athens. Transportation is very easy and quick from Panepistimio metro station which is only 5min walk. In the neighbourhood there are plenty of restaurants, cafe, bars and all kinds of shopping stores.
The apartement is on the first floor of an old but well preserved building that includes other residencies and offices. It was recenlty renovated and furnished to fulfill the needs of my guests.

The appartment may accomodate up to 4 people. It consists of one bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a dinning table and a sofa - bed (for 2 extra persons), one bathroom with bath tube and a small kitchen. There are also 2 balconies, one looking to the front main street and one looking to a nice backyard.
Amenities of the appartment:
- WiFi available in all rooms
- Air Condition unit available in the bedroom (cool and heat)
- Central heating in all rooms during winter which is working automatically when temperature is low.
- Electric boiler providing hot water in the bathroom and kitchen
- Flat screen TV 32" and a DVD/CD/MP3 player in the living room
- Pillows, fresh linens, blankets - duvets and towels
- Toiletries, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner etc and toilet paper
- Hair dryer
- Iron and iron board.
- Fully equipped kitchen including toaster, kettle, filter coffee machine, fridge, cooking plates (no oven), microwave/grill. Kitchenware, cutlery, plates, glasses etc.
- Full bathroom with bath tube
- Washing machine in the bathroom
- Double bed (1.60mX2.00m), closet with hangers, bed tables and a desk/table in the bedroom
- Baby bed may be placed in the bedroom upon request with no extra charge
- Three seat sofa that can be turned into a double bed (1.50mX2,00m) in the living room
- Dinning table for four in the living room

The building has elevator but it does not stop on the first floor. So access to the apartment is only by stairs.

My guests have full access to all areas of the apartment and all equipment available, except for the store room in the kitchen. No access to other parts of the building outside the appartment.

On your arrival I will be at the appartment to wellcome you and meet you. I will show you around, explain everything and answer any question you may have. During your staying i like being descrete but i'm available any time on phone or e-mail to help you on whatever you might want. Of course if needed i will come in person.
