This spacious and renovated unit offers a wonderful spot for a mountain getaway at the base of the slopes at Granby Ranch. The main living room has vaulted ceilings, comfortable sofas to relax and enjoy the gas fireplace, flat screen TV and the mountain views from the large windows and access to the private deck.
A peek-a-boo open wall partition provides a view into the wonderful kitchen dining areas. There are also vaulted ceilings in this room and a ceiling fan. New hardwood flooring accents the western themed setting at the dining table which will seat up to 4 and additional seating is available at the long bar area that overlooks the main living room. A small breakfast bar in the center of the kitchen will seat 2 and is surrounded with custom cabinets, stainless steel appliances, custom tile work on the back splash and access to the hallway bathroom.
The primary bedroom suite is unique to this specific condo with a queen bed, fully remodeled bathroom and an additional sleeping space in the alcove of the main room with a queen bed and gas fireplace.
The second level loft boasts an open design that overlooks the main living space below and has a double bed bunk set up and double futon with full bathroom.
Additional amenities include complimentary WI-FI access, private balcony and outdoor parking that accommodates up to two vehicles.
For a fee of $20.00 guests have access to the Ranch Hall which offers outdoor pool, workout facilities and common area lounge space in the main lodge.
It is essential for all guests to arrange their own transportation, ideally utilizing either all-wheel drive or four-wheel drive vehicles. Given the unit’s secluded location, significant snowfall in the region may result in delays in the plowing of the county roads leading to the property.
NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED. Homeowner Association rules do not permit guests to smoke or bring pets on the property. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $200 per day if they smoke on the property.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Return all moved furniture and decor items to their original locations.
