HARBOUR TOWER 516 offers amazing views! A delightfully furnished 5th floor condo in the Harbour Tower of the Sanibel Harbour Resort and Spa community, it overlooks Sanibel Island and the barrier islands just over the sparkling waters, and beautiful sunsets will be visible every evening during your stay. This condo is very well-appointed and designed with an appealing Florida-style decor. Kitchen renovation completed in 2023 with all new Samsung-Bespoke glass white kitchen appliances, granite counters, cabinetry, and tile flooring. Equipped with new furniture, upgraded doors & crown molding throughout. A screen door accompanies the entry door which allow for more sunlight inside the unit. There are 3 smart TV's with a 65'' OLED TV with sound bar in living room, and OLED TVs in the bedrooms. Heavy duty hurricane sliding glass doors and windows. A King bed in the master and Queen in the guest bedroom, and updated bathrooms offer a relaxing experience. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room which allows for sleeping up to 6. Enjoy a meal on your furnished balcony while watching for dolphins in the water below!

Neighborhood: The location of the Sanibel Harbour inlet is just before the causeway leading over to Sanibel Island. Accessibility is easy and quick to both Sanibel and Fort Myers Beach, shopping and restaurants!

Getting Around: For exploring the beaches of Sanibel, as well as so many fun things to do in Fort Myers, we suggest you rent a car for your visit. If you are only here for a short stay, and plan to relax at the beach and pool, a car is not necessary.

Guest Interaction: For your convenience, our offices are located on site. We are happy to help if you need anything during your visit, however, you are not required to check in with us upon arrival. Your emailed instructions will guide you directly to your condo.

Perfect place to relax

This is our second time staying with this company. The property was very clean and even nicer than the pictures. The view of the sunset, whether from the balcony, beach or pool, is one of the best we’ve ever seen. We also enjoyed that the property is located just a short drive from either Ft. Myers Beach or Sanibel/Captiva. The beach on property is also nice. The staff was accommodating when we needed to print boarding passes. This is one of our favorite vacation spots and will likely stay again!

Beautiful Place, No Water, No Shower on Last Day

The place was spacious and lovely but there was no running water initially. We called an off hours number and they helped us get it turned on. The WALK IN shower quit working the last day. One of us is old and she could not use the shower in the other bedroom because of stepping in over the bathtub. She left with no shower. One bed was very hard. One bed was just right but needed a ladder to climb in!

Unit was awesome, but.....

The was very nice and the views were spectacular. The beach and pool were awesome. The only problem was the mosquitos (due to the mangroves) and I believe sand fleas. Also on checking out I left 2 petite white gold rings with diamond chips on the nightstand. When I realized it after getting home I called the property management who definitely checked but did not find them. It is disappointing that I believe the cleaning people kept them as I know exactly where I left them and they were not there hours later.

Perfect getaway!

The condo was beautiful! We so enjoyed seeing the dolphins and manatees early in the morning and the beautiful boats passing by. The location was perfect! We will definitely be back.

Took Spring Break get-a-away to literally escape the Spring breakers in our home town of Fort Lauderdale. We were looking for a laid back, quiet, private, relaxing place and this was it! Took our 3 kids & everyone had a great time, swimming, kayaking, walking along trails/beach, shell collecting & just forgetting about the clock.... beautifully updated 2 BR condo unit on 5th floor, immaculate with everything needed..... will be coming back soon!
